Read moreMy dad Brought a 2022 Honda crv about 4 months ago . Upon purchasing this car the dealer (Cory) was aware of an electrical issue that caused the cars battery to run down over night. I have brought this car back several times and the issue is still ongoing. The dealership told me that I would need to take this car to the Honda dealership due to them not having the right technicians and equipment to fix the problem that was present before I bought the car. The issue is that they are wanting me to use my cars extended warranty which causes me to have to pay a deductible even though I bought the car with this issue and was told by the people who sold me the car that they would ensure this was fixed. I just would like them to make the situation right by ensuring this issue is fixed, and not on my dime. I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership as they are not reputable when it comes to ensuring there cars are in top condition when being sold on there lot. I would also not advise anyone to buy a car that is not a Chevrolet from them as they do not have all needed equipment to check these cars out if they are not a Chevrolet.
Additionally i brought my 2019 impala for service to the ac unit. The technicians broke a hose that had nothing to do with my ac unit and instead of fixing the part they broke, they wanted me to replace the part. Due to the technicians breaking this hose I felt that it was not my responsibility to pay for this issue. After this the technician had a real nasty attitude( mark slavinsky) due to me trying to get clarification as to why I had to pay for this issue. I talked with the general manager of the store due to him being there and he stated quote on quote “everyone who brings their car here feels as if they shouldn’t have to pay” . Read moreUpdate Thursday September 11th Months later and still nothing has been done to fix either vehicle we purchased the 2024 Chevy trailblazer active or the 2025 Chevy Trax Active and now the AC controls are going out in the Chevy Trax the steering is getting worse and The front suspension is making a racket but they still have not fixed the interior damage on the 2024 Chevy trailblazer active or fix the paint interior or the seat in the 2025 Chevy Trax We have been dealing with GM personally and they will not respond back to GM's representative either We just keep getting the runaround
Purchase a 2025 Chevy Trax with 14 miles after the test drive we pointed out a few concerns and was told a few of them were normal but the other ones will be fixed then while finishing up the paperwork we told them do not detail the vehicle because the last car we purchased from this dealership the detailed department destroyed the interior and soaking everything in tire shine they said that was understood but while we were filling out the paperwork they decided to go ahead and detail the vehicle anyways soaking all of the interior and buttons and switches and armor roll and not even wiping anything down and leaving only fingerprints on the seats and door panels then we noticed it had damage paint and damaged interior plastic and the noise from the engine got worse we took it back to the service manager he said he would set us an appointment to come back but he had to figure out how they were going to fix the paint now we call back trying to get a update the new sales manager tells us we can get a attorney do whatever we want nothing will be done that we are basically screwed and that the damages will be blamed on us I highly recommend going to a different dealership if you read the reviews we are not the first people they have done this to and yes I should have read their reviews first but we...
