McDonald's — Restaurant in Pascagoula

First off, I'd like to say and should have said over a million times now, Mrs. Jessica, who takes the orders at the Drive-thru, has makes my experience at the Market Street Location the best ever for as long as she has been there. I stop in the mornings for breakfast. She always have a great attitude, professional, always kind and with a smile!! Just phenomenal! She gets customer service and deserves praise and many accolades! I REALLY HOPE THAT HER SKILLS AND PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GO UNNOTICED. In the past, there has been a hit and miss of employees with the consideration and skills needed to serve the public and most times I would leave aggravated and frustrated. This has been the best couple of months ever since Jessica! I love this young lady! SHE SHOULD BE THE FACE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! It truly irks me when people are in customer service or working with the public with non-existent people skills or consideration for that duty. I've worked in customer service and knows all too well how some customers can be but you still have to show forth professionalism and consideration. Got order wrong too much cursing and grabassery going on. I guess it was the manager sitting in the back office talking to a boy not paying attention to her workers throwing slushies at one another and having to mop it up. The order was wrong again. The hamburger was hard as a brick no extra pickles no extra onions ordered 2 only got one the fries where cold and salty after I asked for hot fresh fries no salt. My 20 peice Chicken nuggets where cold and hard, my double quarter with cheese extra pickles and onions had no pickles or onions a squirt of mustard and catchup and a single patty instead of a double. My big mac with no bread in the middle and extra special sauce had 3 pieces of bread and it was stale and cold. Highly disappointed in this situation no organization or order to the madness.not professional at all kids cursing like sailors on a year long deployment. Worse than convicts. And I'm retired law enforcement officer I've heard it all but they where a embarrassment to your organization and the name Descher . I will be calling and lodging...

If I could leave negative five stars for the McDonalds on Market St in Pascagoula I would! I tried to go to the drive through because I was sick and my boys wanted McDonald's, after waiting over 25 minutes parked in slot 3 I finally walked in even though I was extremely sick and contagious with covid and they weren't even making the order! This has happened multiple times to me at this location and it is simply disgraceful. I have contacted corporate about this in the past yet they are still doing the same exact horrible service. I'm sure the employees are nice people but obviously there is a serious problem with getting orders out to customers! Waiting over 30 mins for drive thru food is ridiculous. I would probably still be waiting if I hadn't gone in after waiting 28 mins in the car. Additionally the car next to me had to come inside to get her food too. It should be the food that gets our blood pressure up not the aggravation of the same situation consistently! Please help better train your people at Market St....
