I'm from Long Beach, Cali and was here visiting, Mobile. I called Tchap at last minute and she got me in the same day when someone else cancelled on me, last minute. Being I was short on time because I'm returning back to Cali, I needed someone urgent. She worked on my hair from 5pm-11pm and the next day, 8am-3pm. Being that I'm white, I had no idea what boxed braids would look like on me, but I knew I'd wanted them for sometime. Tchap made me feel comfortable and our conversation never lacked. I want to say I went to her for twist to start dreads and interlock.On which she started the service on April 29,2025.I paid her $400 within a week they started falling out. In which I contacted her. She agreed to redo it. But when I call to confirm time. She text me a picture of her finger claiming it to be in pain. But she never responded to a new date. So after her refusal of a refund.
