I Am A Frequent Customer At Wendy's, But My Visit This Particular Time Was Wendy's In Pascagoula On Hwy 90, The Time 11:45 PM. My Go To Menu Item Is The #9- A Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich With Greens And Extra Tomatoes, Sour Cream And Chives Potato And Large Coke. Upon Ordering Tonight I Was Told That We're No Tomatoes They Would Not Be Cutting Any Tonight, But I Continued To Place My Order. When I Asked For A Potato Instead Of Fries I Was Told That They Did Not Have Any Ready And It Would Be 30-45 Minutes I Accepted The Fries. Already Disgusted Because I Had To Try And Deal With Not Being AbleTo Have Tomatoes On My Sandwich And No Baked Potato The Chicken Sandwich Was Heated In The Microwave Causing The Lettuce To Be Very Soggy And The Chicken Was Dry, My Fries Were Luke Warm So I Asked The Young Lady If I Could Get Some Fresh Fries. She took The Fries From The Bag. I Thought I Would Be Receiving Some Fresh Ones, But Low And Behold They Appeared To Be The Same Fries That I Had Returned To Her But Dropped In The Grease To Make It Appear As Though They Had Fried Fresh Fries. They Were Too Crunchy And Greasy. That Was The Last Straw For Me. I Know I'm Only One Customer But Pascagoula Wendy's Will No Longer Attempt To Pass Of Fresh Food And Liusy Customer Service. Wendy's Of Moss Point, Hwy 63 Is Farther Away From My Home But I Can Say That i Have Received The Best Customer Services, And My Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich Is Always Fresh And I Don't Mind Waiting The Extra Time To Be Served Good Hot And Fresh Food. The Commercials And The Slogan Inside Of Each Restaurant I've Seen Always State They Serve Fresh. Food Never Frozen. So I'm Going To Have To Travel The Extra Miles In Order To Get The Best Customer Service And The Fresh Food. I Would Like To Acknowledge Sheila Willis And Brenda Williams These Are Some Customer Service Experts And My Signature #9 Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich Combo With Beautifully Baked Potatoes. Thanks...

Since you can't contact Wendy's directly about their restaurants, I'm going to address it here. This location has been going downhill for the last few years. I don't know if it's management, employee training, or a combination of both.
I ordered a pretzel bun double baconator combo for here. It took a little bit of time to get my order, which I understand. I don't mind waiting for fresh food.
The first issue is why ask me "for here or to-go" if you're going to hand me my meal in a to-go bag?
The second issue is there is no ketchup in any of the dispensers, and that's probably a good thing because they didn't look too clean.
The third issue is that there were no napkins in either dispenser, so I had to go back up and ask for them and ketchup.
The fourth issue was that the Coke Freestyle machine was out many of the flavors. That was one of the things I was looking forward to was a raspberry coke.
The fith issue is the fries were just above room temperature, and from the looks and taste of them, the oil needs to be changed in the fryers badly.
The sixth issue is I ordered a double and only got a single. Went back up and the manager didn't seem too thrilled to hear of the issue. But she got it fixed quickly, but no apology. By the time I got to sit down and eat my meal, the fries were borderline cold. The tables and chairs were clean, so it wasn't a total disappointment. But something has to be done at this location. It's been one issue after another up until today where nothing was correct.

Read moreService was very rude, we asked for 2 baconator fries and she rung up one. when we got to the window, she gave us our original food, but left out one frosty and we waited for what seemed like 15 minutes before she opened the window and very rudely said “i didn’t even know y’all were still here” When we confronted them kindly, they stated the obvious that it wasn’t rung up. Then they didn’t even give us one because “they were not making any at the time” then we also were buying two Frosty’s—now the two Frosty’s were on the receipt—and she tried to make it out to where we only had one frosty, but then she looked at it again and said “oh” very rudely and went and made our frosty in front of us and then she brought it back. Overall, food is stale and sprinkled with bad attitude. Any other Wendy’s is a great option; they didn’t even give us a fork for our one baconator fry, or spoons for our two Frosty’s. Everyone knows you can’t drink a frosty with a straw. It feels like my taste buds are...
