Horrible service and no accountability. We placed an online order, drove down there through traffic at dinner time, got home with the order and they completely screwed it up, again. Not a difficult order: a chicken salad and a pork salad. But they forgot the meat on the salad. Called to give them a chance to make it right, but they wouldn't send us the meat for the salad. They offered for us to come back and they'll "give" us some more - like they gave us any. And that's about it - the "manager" basically told us she's sorry but that's just too bad. Not the first time this store has screwed up on our order and failed to make it right. We've never had a problem with any of the other Costa Vida restaurants. So, we'll never go to this store again. I'd rather starve to death than ever go to the Burden Rd. Costa Vida ever again. IMO, their quality control is worse than poor and their customer service absolutely inexcusable. If I could find the owners number, I'd call them to let them know that the manager there is running their sizeable investment into the ground. I have two hopes; (1) that the owner sees this review and figures out that this manager is ruining their store's reputation, and (2) that other customers read this and find a better place to spend their money before they get...

We want personally shout out Kenzie for always greeting guests as they come in, paying attention to every detail when building orders and showing great leadership/team player skills. We feel Kenzie deserves recognition for carrying her team to exceed customers expectations. She is capable of helping guests while still ensuring coworkers are staying on task. We don't know if she is in a leadership role or not but we have seen her hard work and dedication every time we come in. It is the reason we have come time and time again.
We hope Kenzie is praised for her hard work.
I do want to state we have been in when she hasn't been working and not received the same quality of customer service as well as food quality as when she has been working.

Read morePlaced an online order that was supposed to be ready by 8:55. Get there and told it’s not ready and no chicken, whatever I wait. Keep in mind there has been at least 6 people come in and out and complete there orders. After 15mins past the promised time I ask about my order. They haven’t even started it and I get excuses of how they are out chicken again after I was told that as soon I arrived. I asked for some form of compensation or discount as the entire purpose of the online order has been worthless at this point and I’ve waited an additional 15mins.
