Let me start off by first saying, I rarely give out reviews. And why would I? Most of us are quick to tarnish the reputation of something if it's horrible, and hardly ever give praise when we've received exceptional service. This is one of the few exceptions where I will spend some serious time and thought to give a high recommendation for this business, simply because I want others to experience it as well.
I have eaten sushi at dozens of restaurants in my life, ranging from venues all across the country (United States), at the most gourmet places you could go to. Some of which include: Hawaii, Alaska, California, Nevada, Colorado, New York, and Florida. But let me tell you, the quality of this place is out-standing! For the prices that you're getting (avg. ~$2.35 per plate), you simply cannot beat this restaurant.
If you are a fan of fresh tuna or salmon, you will seriously not be disappointed. The slices are HUGE! The largest I've ever seen! And fresh!
This restaurant makes you feel like a little child again as an automated and rotating carousel of fresh sushi comes whizzing past your face, just waiting for you to pick it up and enjoy it.
If you have any personal requests, like ginger, wasabi, or a roll that isn't currently being rotated on the carousel, the chefs are more than happy to accommodate you in any fashion possible. They also have sauces left out for you to grab and use at any time.
I STRONGLY recommend this place to any sushi-lover, and to re-iterate, the prices cannot be beat. You would literally pay double or triple just about anywhere else you go in-town or out-of-state, for the same quality.
Sincerely,
A True Fan.
P.S. - Happy hour is from 2:00PM - 4:30PM everyday, where each plate, no matter what color, is $2.35
Edit: Happy hour is now from 11:00AM - 4:30PM, everyday, and each plate is $1.95, unless it's green, which is even cheaper.

Read moreCan't go wrong here honestly. It's not the absolutely highest quality fish to be found, but by no means is it bad, and they offer a huge variety of rolls. For the price, it can't be beat. I'd definitely recommend this to someone who's a newcomer to sushi, just because the conveyor belt mitigates some of the anxiety they might have about raw food. But even then, I eat lunch here all the time. Phenomenal pricing, a huge variety on the belt, everywhere from sashimi to mochi to cream puffs, and of course, some pretty phenomenal rolls. It's one of my favorite spots to eat in town after a long bike ride or a long day of swimming. Gimme that rice and fish! I'm honestly shocked that the tricities even HAS a conveyor belt joint.
Oh, and thats the other thing I'd say about this, it actually feels like very authentic sushi, too. Of course you've got your California rolls and all sorts of westernized takes on it, but they've also got squid salad, and seaweed salad, and their seared scallops are just an absolute treat. Both in the quality of their preparation, and being a conveyor belt joint, it leans into the historical roots of sushi. When sushi first hit the stage, I dont know, 300 years ago or so? It was essentially fast food. Over time though, it got elevated to this very high end food experience, especially in the west.
Truly good sushi, and truly true to the...
Read moreSushi House in Pasco is a solid spot for a quick, affordable sushi fix. The best part about this place is how fast you can start eating. The conveyor belt sushi system makes it easy to grab something right away, and the prices are definitely reasonable, which is a big plus if you're looking for good value.
One thing I really appreciate is the option to order off the menu if the sushi on the train doesn’t catch your eye. It adds some flexibility and variety, which is great when you're craving something specific.
That being said, not everything was perfect. Some of the fried items were cold and a bit unappetizing. I would recommend you specifically order them fresh. It's a small downside, but it’s worth noting.
Overall, I’d give Sushi House 4 stars. It’s fast, affordable, and has plenty of options, but a little more consistency with the fried dishes would make it a...
