The Complex Gentlemen’s Barbershop — Local services in Pasco

I went to Bert for the first time because my regular barber increased his service fees to a point where I couldn't afford or justify to pay so much for my hair & beard services. Specially since I go in every 3-4 weeks without fail. Bert has reasonable fees, has great customer service, is personable, prudent, listens & understands to my requests with detail, is gifted in his craft & delivers a beyond satisfying experience and service. Needless to say, I highly recommend him. The other 2-3 barbers that've been around when I see Bert have been pleasant & add a good vibe to the experience. My only request and recommendation is that a wash/shampoo be an option. I think I speak for many when I say it deducts from the experience when I leave with product, freshly styled hair but prickly and end up having to wash as soon as I get home. 5-Stars to Bert and The Complex...

Stumbled on this place searching the web for a solid barber near me. Wasn’t aware after living in Pasco for almost two years this place existed. 10/10 recommend this place for anyone in need of a solid barber shop. The guys have a great dynamic and it’s a nice comfortable vibe with solid music playing. Absolutely will be back when it’s time for another beard...
