Crispy Cones absolutely blew me away! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and genuinely fun. The space feels thoughtfully designed—bright, clean, and inviting—making it the perfect place to bring family, meet up with friends, or just treat yourself.

One of the best parts of my visit was meeting the local owner/franchisee. They were incredibly friendly and clearly passionate about the product and the community they serve. You can tell they truly care about creating a great experience for every guest, and it shows in both the service and the quality.

We stopped by Crispy Cones and had a good time. The staff was super friendly, and you can tell they’re doing their best to make the experience smooth for everyone. Even with the big crowds from the grand opening, everything was really clean and well taken care of, which I appreciated.

There were about 15ish people ahead of us in line, and it took around 20 minutes to get through. Totally expected though as it’s new and popular. Once we ordered, it took less than 10 minutes to get our cones. They take a little time between customers so they can catch up on making cones, but it didn’t bother us at all. It just showed they’re trying to keep things running smoothly without overwhelming the team.

I recommend this place! Staff and dessert was superb! I went in with a group of friends after work (when it was busy) and was immediately welcomed. The employees as well as both the owners themselves were attentive and came to check in with all the customers. At one point the owner came to chat with us and one of my friends revealed the details of my recent engagement. The owner and the employees congratulated me and offered me a free dessert. The atmosphere of the establishment and owner made us feel welcomed, my friends and I talked for a couple hours and the owner never rushed us out or judged us for staying too long.
