Unfortunately, The past couple of months it seems that they have thrown away their whole "all of our workers are extremely nice and will greet you and ask how you are" gimmick. I am and have been a regular customer here for the past 4 years and have seen a rapid decline in nice employees here. The ratio of rude workers to nice workers is absolutely horrifc. From last year, i would always get treated with respect here and people were actually extremely friendly and kind. This year, it seems like thats just not the case. Its kind of well known that you have your experienced workers there, and also new workers, and it kind of shifts to where the experienced people leave, and the new people are kind of the experienced ones in that case. But, it seems like there are no professional and kind "experienced" workers anymore. If it continues, i will just go ahead and try another coffee shop sadly. Another complaint i have is with the extremely long lines. I get that its typically busy, but you have to tell your workers to MOVE up with the car when the car ahead of them moves up. Otherwise, there is a huge gap between those 2 cars and it creates an unnecessary longer line. I've seen multiple customers have to remind the WORKERS to pull up with that car because if they don't, then that line of cars will go to the dentist parking lot BEHIND Dutch bros. long review here, but its extremely disappointing when they are just...

She scanned her app and the girl asked if she wanted to use her points and my sister said well I ordered a large so if I can great and if not no worries I will pay for it. The girl acted very confused and just said go to the window and he will help you. When getting to the window the guy gave my sister a medium drink and when my sister said she wanted a large he began to argue with her about the size of her drink. She was frustrated and just drove away instead of arguing. As she drove away she took a drink and realized her drink was made wrong with green tea instead of black tea. At this point overly frustrated turned around to get back in line (mind you there was one window open and over 6 cars in line both times) when getting to the first girl she explained that the drink was wrong and she again was acting very confused and said again to tell the guy at the window and he will figure it out. Got to the window a 2nd time and the guy again wanted to argue saying my original order was supposed to be a Medium at this point she didnāt care she just wanted her tea to be made correctly. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent to this location today 1/8/22 and one of the drive thru windows was closed leaving just one line with about 15 cars in it, so I went to the walk up window which this location has. I'm only person in this line. My order is taken right away, it was two large double chocolate blended. I look to see the cars in the drive thru line, a white car pulls up at the very back of the line/about 16 cars away. 15 minutes later of me standing I still haven't got my order. A new person comes up to the window, orders their order, gets one of their drinks instantly. Car that showed up in line after I had taken my order has now already left, they serve 3 more cars in the drive thru. At this point I was about to just tell a worker to cancel my order. About 30 seconds after that I get my order. Like I understand wanting to work on getting the drive thru line shortened, but a walk up line should not be neglected entirely just to get the line shorter.
