I came in tonight at 9:45, hours show that they are closing at 10:00. If the owner doesnāt want to serve till ten, make the hours open till 9. Anyway, the drive through was off. So I backed up and parked and saw three people standing with their backs covering the drive through window to block the view inside of the person who drove through in front of me. It was super childish. So I asked if they were closes and was told no. Then one employee shut off the power to the lights while I was inside. So while waiting for my order, I asked if they were having power issues. The answer of Iāll check was telling. When my first blizzard came I asked if that had the prior or the brownie. They person couldnāt tell⦠after some asking around it was decided that it had brownie. Then the second blizzard came. And it looked the same. I figured I wasnāt dealing with very intelligent people so I left. When I got home, my wife told me how I messed her order up. I had to then explain my DQ experience., so she would u sweat and why I wanted out of there. This type of mismanagement will ruin this location. My guess is there is a couple lazy type A personalities that havenāt realized their talents, railroading a very new and super sweet hardworking manager that just wants to be good. To that manager I say itās time to learn how to fire peopleā. One bad apple can spoil...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIm from out of town.. a small town.. so DQ is obviously the only place in my town and I felt comfortable ordering here while on my trip. No one addressed me by "ma'am" but staff was friendly and polite. Food was cooked perfect. Got everything we ordered. The chicken basket came with gravy, which was surprisingly curious to us. A little heavy on the condiments on burgers so if I return I would ask for packets on the side instead. One thing I noticed was that they had way too many employees inside. I dont know if it was training day or what, but I saw at least 8 people through the drive thru window, two of them just standing around waiting to be told what to do, another pretending to work and our cashier with her back leaning against the drive through window the entire time our food was being prepped. A DQ this size really doesn't need more than 4 efficient workers on a Tuesday night. I saw one person fill my drinks and another person take the drinks to the person that hands them out the window. I really can't knock stars off for that, but the waste and inefficiency triggered a few eye rolls with the hangry mood I was in. Maybe something management...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad a very bad experience at this DQ. Ordered 4 ice cream cones, which sat in the window while kids working there stood around slowly moving. When I took matters into my hands to get the product I had already paid for from the counter I was chastised and I said your moving too slow and I have people waiting for me. Then another worker kid (with a nose ring); jumps all over me because his feelings were hurt that I complained but that wasnāt enough ; this kid starts badgering me, a senior citizen and he wouldnāt stop badgering me because he said getting ice cream is supposed to be a āhappy experienceā. Itās just shameful that a paying elderly customer is harshly treated. No respect and these kids just need to do their job and serve customers without given us lip. Just an awful worker that shouldnāt be working in...
