Today on December 16, 2016 after a long time of not coming here, I come for a Raw Loader, 12 cones, 6 organic hemp 1 1/4 inch cones and 6 Wiz Khalifa cones, and a small grinder. The final price was amazing! Not only are the prices good, but the service is good. The very nice girl who works there (I'm so sad I forgot her name) replied to my message through Facebook and I asked for the Raw Cone Shooter. Please beware of Pasco location especially if you are purchasing items at night by a guy name “Jessy”!! He has no integrity and will short change you and acted like he didn’t do it. Went to pick up a few items that my bff had on hold. Make sure to that you get your receipt. I noticed that a lot of business in Pasco are screwing people over on their transactions. Point is listen learn I had to contact another smoke city location talk to a manager in order to get my change back. “Jessy”!! came to buy a vape, got to my car to try it and it was burnt. didn’t think much of it it has happened before. what has never happened to me is when i went back inside to exchange it they said they could not do anything about it because their BOSS said once you pay you can’t return a product.
