Went there yesturday asked for strawberry raspado and the lady knew she was low on syrup so she just placed what little she had on top of the ice ..long story short i had a raspado with just ice no syrup, when i let her know she said thats how its supposed to be thats enough syrup...horrible customer service.Didnt even worry about replacing it or exchanging for...
