First of all, it was the most uncomfortable experience in my life. I called and they told me to book an appointment online with Mari. However, Mari profile is not on there book appointment website so, I booked with Ivan. Right away I got an email confirmation that Ivan will be ready for me at 3. The email sent me to the site 1212 N 20th Ave Suite D, Pasco. I go at 3 and they tell me to sit down outside for Ivan. That he be ready for me soon. 10 minutes later I get a phone call from someone else telling me that Ivan will not be coming and that I can go to there other site. As soon as I walk in Mari is ready for me. Mari asked me what i wanted, however she only understood Spanish. And my Spanish is not that great but I tried to explain to her that I wanted a my fade trimmed, and a hair cut. She would get confused as to what I wanted and we kept going back and forth not being able to communicate well. She didn’t understand what I wanted and I feel like when it comes to your hair, the client should be able to express their wants. However, I was always worried that she would mess up my hair because we weren’t able to communicate well. Mid way though my hair cut, Mari asked if I can take off my mask so she can cut my sides, I do, however she then makes me hold my mask for the rest of my hair cut. I was so uncomfortable the whole time. Worried that she would not cut my hair right. I walked out of the salon without her even blow drying my hair because of how fast I wanted to get out of there. I just felt so uncomfortable, upset, and sad that I heard so many great reviews about this place. Never again will I go to a place that I wasn’t able to communicate well on how I wanted my hair to be done. The most uncomfortable situation in my life. Not to mention to the two sites are a complete...
Read moreNot the place for a kids cut. The place is nice and clean, we went in for my son and husbands haircuts. The barber cutting my son's hair just looked and acted super annoyed the whole time. My son is 3 and is an excellent kid for hair cuts ( like has fell asleep in the barber chair before because he's so relaxed😆). I had to ask him twice to cut it shorter and blend the top and when we got home it still looked liked a bowl cut. My sons hair cut took maybe 15 minutes max. My husbands haircut took an hour and a half... I had to entertain my 2 kids for over an hour at this place. My son was sitting in the chairs which clearly were not being rented by any stylist or barbers. I was asked to sit on a small bench by the door ( apparently my kids must have looked disruptive idk). There was only one other customer in the salon and we were definitely socially distanced. I ended up just having to haul my kids to the truck and try and wait through my husbands never ending haircut. Maybe they just shouldn't offer kids haircuts if they're not going to act like they like...
Read moreWhen I arrived and asked very respectfully if they take walk-ins they responded in a unappreciative manner. But I needed a haircut so I asked follow-up questions about their service and they deferred my questions with statements like “idk”, “you can get an appointment”, “idk.” They very obviously could care less so I went to a different local barbershop where I was tended to right away and in a very professional manner. It is safe to say that veteran barbers at faded 2 perfection make appointments their primary business model and treat walk-ins as second class customers. It’s a good thing more people are becoming barbers and more entrepreneurs are opening barbershops though. If you’re the owner of F2P, you should be concerned about the long run viability of your business when you have people driving...
