Great people until you spend 5000 dollars on their furniture. As soon as the contract is signed they didnt want to be pleasant anymore. We ordered so much furniture from this store before Thanksgiving. We received everything but our buffet for our dining room. When we finally got it, we had to put it together and noticed it was damaged. We brought it back to the store and they ordered another one. 4 weeks later we received another damaged buffet. But were told to keep it until the new one arrived. We asked if we could have one of these buffets at a discount as we were going to be able to fit two in 5he space. The manager said he would give it to us for 400. 400 dollars for a broken buffet that we had to put together once again ourselves ?You would think after two broken buffets and all the trouble we were having they would give us a good price. We offered 200 and were told no. Well the third one arrived and it too was of course damaged. The store sent out the buffet anyway and the workers swapped out our good legs for the bad legs off of our last buffet, they swapped out a broken shelf for a good shelf. We spent 900 on this piece of furniture. We asked once again if they would sell one of the broken ones for 200 and were told no once again. We didnt receive an apology for all the trouble. They now have two broken buffets in their showroom and will probably sell them for way too much. I will make sure friends and family will go elsewhere for their furniture. Read moreBought a sectional from them. 1 month later the sectional started to break and fall apart. When I contacted them they said there was nothing they could do for me. After paying over $1000 for this sectional I am upset. Now 2 years later this same sectional I have had to throw away 3 of the back cushions because the zippers broke and the stuff stared falling out, the support bar in the main part of the sectional is broken, all the zippers on all the seat cushions are now all broken. I contacted them again and was told to send pictures (this is 2 years later) after that was told there is nothing they could do butnoffer me huge savings on a new couch. I was also told that I was already offered a new sectional 2 years ago, I questioned when I was ever notified of that because I never recieved a message when I made my first complaint that I could get a replacement sectional because I would have done that 2 years ago. I never got a reply back. This is not a good way to treat customers and expect them to come back? I would never come back. When I buy something I will buy from a place who stands behind their products and wants to help the customer and not make them pay for garbage that starts breaking after 1 month. And less then2 years that same customer has to buy a new couch! So that is why...
Read morePurchased sectional & ottoman 11/17/20. Within a week the arm rest started cracking. By 1/17/20 the arm rest was broken in multiple places and the back of one of the sectionals completely broke off. We started a warranty claim and were told the parts were back-ordered until 1/29/21. Today, 2/18/21, we haven’t received the parts yet and the couch cracked underneath the middle cushion, causing it to sink. We’ve had our $1,000 couch for a total of 95 days, it’s broken in 3 separate places and now we’re stuck waiting on a warranty claim and repair. We’re thankful for the warranty, but beware of poor quality.
Update 3/18/21 - our couch has broken in two additional places, we have not received any of the replacements for what was mentioned above and the store has done nothing to help us. We ended up having to dispute the charge with our bank.
Update 3/24/21 - we were able to pick out a new couch and had to pay the $100 difference between the old couch and new one. We are still out the original delivery fee we paid, what we had to pay for this new couch to be delivered, and the dump fee for the old, broken couch.
