So my dad ordered and paid for food online on the app and it was a whole kinda of fiasco so it was ordered at 7:05 am and I’m homeless with no car so it took me about 40 minutes to walk over, which seems irrelevant anyway how long it took to pick up my order, for all they know I like my food cold, not like it’s their business anyway. so it seemed like by the time I walked over to pick it up and showed them my receipt on my phone they said that the order wasn’t there and that someone had “picked it up already” which I’m guessing somebody went and took the opportunity to be an asshole and saw the food probably sitting there for a minute and I think just took it upon themselves to just help themselves to it and grabbed it off the counter or something I don’t know? and then the workers essentially said I was shit out of luck I guess, because on their end the order was gone, I couldn’t even believe it haha that kind of stuff is always my freaking luck. I was all at the counter crying to two managers mind you, saying that was probably the only thing I was going to get to eat today and stuff, clearly like not trying to get one over on McDonald’s or something, so finally my boyfriend who’s more assertive than I am sees how upset I am because the whole thing was straight BS and not my fault at all had to come and intervene and told them no, like the order was paid for, I wanted my food, it’s not our fault someone else decided to do something not cool, and demanded that they just remake the order and they finally did, (with 2 missing items too of course on top of it and rolled their eyes at me when I asked for those too) but geez, talk about shitty customer service..I mean I can see if like I was there doing that sort of thing all the time or something but I was clearly like upset about the whole situation and they treated me very badly. Do not recommend at all if you wanted to be...
Read moreThis place has the worse customer service I ever experienced. The cashier was inexperienced and unhelpful. I ordered 3 ranch salads, one fish-olet, a Big Mac for my family. I had to repeat at least twice for each order. When I added a mini-Mac special, she didn’t know what it is. I told her there’s a big picture on their outside window, she said they didn’t have it. This is unheard of. I then asked her if they had something similar cuz the order was not for me and I didn’t really know their menu. She just stood there giggling to herself. I asked her again but her didn’t say anything.
The manager (believe his name is Hynie) stepped in to tell me loudly in front of other customers to calm down when I didn’t say anything mean or yell at them. I reminded him he should be the one to calm down. He then asked the cashier to step aside for him to take the orders. He asked me to pay for the 3 salads without other orders then got frustrated at me when I had to repeat the other orders I already told the cashier.
They gave us the wrong salads. He was unhappy when we told them about it. Then we realized they didn’t give us the Big Mac, we told him. He didn’t believe us, thanked god we checked our orders at the counter so he couldn’t accuse us for taking it for free. He got mad then threw the Big Mac into our bag. He was rude, mean, and unprofessional. No wonder the employee behaved the way she did. If we weren’t under time pressure, we’d have walked out to Carl’s Jr. next door. These people desperately need training, maybe customer service 101 class for start. They need to learn how to communicate and...
Read moreStarting a morning isn’t always pleasant but when you purchase breakfast, and get an individual who should probably not be the face of the company can set a tone for the rest of your day. Having a good morning drive to work with my son, and decided to get McDonald’s sounded like a great idea. Unfortunately the drive thru second window was like rolling into a hot hate my job wall. She was snippy, rude, and questioned my order that she didn’t correctly fill. I wanted a large Sweet Ice Tea my son wanted a large Mocha Coffee. He received a regular coffee and my tea was anything but sweet. I didn’t say anything about my tea but didn’t ask her about the mocha coffee. She said they didn’t charge me for a mocha so…she would have to charge me more. I said that was fine. She then set our bag of food to the side took my card and directed me to park to wait for my order. Really!!!! My food is bagged & ready all we needed was our freakin Mocha Coffee. Put me in a sour mood and I really was not ready to spend my Friday in such a bad mood. I’m writing this review and then moving on to a better day. McDonalds has to deal with their own sad disgruntled employees. Have...
