Sea Level — Restaurant in Pass Christian

I absolutely love sea level until here recently. I don't know if it has to do with hiring on new staff, but it is starting to become awful. I went there yesterday and spent a decent amount of money because we love coming here. Almost every 2 weeks we try to eat sea level. So we went and got 3 sea level burgers, which are usually delicious, and 3 tacos. I get my order and we asked for bacon on one of the burgers and the tacos with just pork and the melted Monterey cheese which is also one of our favorites. I went back because none of the tacos were correct and we didn't get bacon on our burger. So I brought the tacos and asked to make sure if we had paid for the bacon or not because we didn't receive, so if she didn't ring it up that's fine it wasn't that big of a deal. I just wanted to make sure we didn't pay for it. The lady that took my order I could hear her say, "I know for a fact they put bacon on one of those burgers I watched them." As if I was trying to get bacon for free. When I had checked all three burgers before I went up there to make sure we didn't get it. Then they bring out microwaved bacon in a little cup and the tacos were finally correct after another 10 minutes of waiting on both items. On top of that the pork wasn't nearly as good as it usually is, and there was hardly any meat on the taco. Which is ridiculous for $4 a piece I would expect more for my money. The pork wasn't Shredded how it usually is which doesn't really matter it just wasn't as good as it usually is. The burger patties were thin and burnt to a crisp. Honestly it reminded me more of eating at McDonald's than a decent sit down meal. It was absolutely ridiculous! We love the place. As of February 2022, there is only 1 palm 🌴 left. Could you try to give something back to the are you have the food caravan in and pay to have the other 2 palm trees that died replaced, it made the peninsula look good. It fave you something to string up the shade cloth on.

It is the most chic and sublime to go and gave drinks and nibbly things. Alfresco dining amid a grand panoramic view. The toasted bun for my succulent Nathan's all beef hit dog was so mouth watering. Good coffee, but the customer service was very weak. I was patiently waiting at the counter to order while an older gentlemen got in line behind me trying to purchase two tshirts. The cashier told me to hold on for a second and I told her “no problem, take your time.” When she reopened the window to take my order, SO I THOUGHT, she instead checked out the man behind me. I don’t know why she didn’t take my order when she acknowledged me first, but working in the food industry I know how workers are suppose to treat customers. I did not appreciate the way they treated me. What makes this situation worse is that I was really excited to go to this place, but they left a bad impression on me.
