Worst Dunkin Donuts I ever been too... The employees are to busy talking & yelling at each other... When I walked in there was no customers at all, the place was completely empty & I had to wait 5 mins for the cashier to take my order... But, when I walked in the person that was at the cashier saw me & walked away that’s why I waited 5 mins & a different lady took my order & I ask her to put extra caramel in my drink & on top that I had to wait an extra 5 mins for my drink & she didn’t put no caramel at all when I clearly told her to put extra caramel... So the first guy that walked away went back to put the caramel & while doing so they were I’m not sure if arguing or fighting with each other cuz they were talking well yelling in their language at each other... I never ever leave reviews but I had to leave one on this one cuz the people that work here need to know that when customers walk in ur supposed to take their order not stand there & be yelling or arguing with each other... It’s just not professional at all... U can wait for the customers to leave to do that... I had no choice to give them 1 star to leave a review b-cuz they don’t even deserve that 1 star... I will...

I didn't want to write a review, but looking at all the experiences below show that I'm not the only one. I just went to this location earlier and whoever is the drive thru attendant needs to be let go. The last three times, my orders were messed up. One was when she was looking at the screen and kept doing other orders while I am trying to grab her attention since she forgot half my order. The line kept accumulating and I am being blamed that I'm not moving.

Second time was the day after where I order a sausage and egg with no cheese and once again she ended up putting cheese.

The last time (this morning) I ordered my usual and she forgot to ring up what I ordered. So I responded, sausage/egg on a bagel with no cheese. She said it's sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel. There's no difference. Yes, it is a difference, when you request no cheese. Overall, she...

How this location is still open is beyond me. I stopped coming here in 2020-21, once the nice Indian employees left its been nasty ever since. They get my order wrong so consistently that I’m convinced it’s just kids serving up random orders. Since 202, these poor souls haven’t gotten one of my orders correct. Today, I happened to go in because I was late for work and had no breakfast and it was close and quick. My mistake. I ordered 3 things and only 1 was correct and it was because the guys asked me what kind of donut I wanted again. He had to ask me twice to get it right. It’s a shame. At least the dry donut lacking half of the frosting held me through the day until I could finally eat in my own house. Never going out to eat...
