I ordered a large Edward Hopper reprint framed from Fulcrum Gallery three years ago. It was excellent and the frame was attractive. I hung the painting very carefully in a guest bedroom and it looked great. Unfortunately the frame fell apart at a corner over time from gravity. When I brought this product failure up with the Fulcrum Gallery manager. I suggested the frame be put back together locally and that Fulcrum Gallery pay part of this cost. The manager told me belligerently, "We won't spend a penny on you," and informed me that the guarantee time limit on their products was thirty days. I believe that Fulcrum Gallery should provide better support their product, recognizing that product failure does not always manifest itself within a very short time frame. Check it yourself. I paid $550 on 8/8/25 for my artwork, which arrived in a cheap frame with gaps on all four corners. The first customer service person, Elena, ghosted me after a few emails. Then a second person, Mike K., promised a replacement when we spoke on 8/25/25, which I have no tracking info for and haven't received. Earlier today, he said he'd send tracking info asap, which he has failed to do. I was given a $50 refund for the inconvenience after I talked to Mike on 8/25, but I am still out $500! Sent several emails which are still unanswered, called customer service and was subjected to curt, nasty attitude of the alleged "customer service" representative. Unprofessional company that does not promote customer service. Spoke to the manager who advised no one followed up on the delivery of the print from the publisher despite the fact it normally takes 2 days.
