Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Pataskala

I have been going to Jersey Mikes for years and love their subs. I have always had great service until today. I am a 36 year old with stage IV lung cancer and limit where I go to get food. The sign on the door says masks REQUIRED to enter. Upon ordering, the two men making food had their masks looked around their ears and under their chin. I told one of them that their mask isn’t doing anything with how it’s being worn. He said “well I just don’t have my mouth or nose covered”. Exactly! So it’s doing nothing. I ended up leaving and then decided I should call and ask for the manage. The man gave me her name and said we have plexiglass between us and the customers. I told him he needed to wear his mask like required. Side note for if the manager or owner reads this, the girl at the register had her mask on properly. I will be sure and call Monday when the manager gets in and will no longer use the Pataskala...

This is the first time I've ever had Jersey Mike's. I told them we were unfamiliar with the menu. Instead of assisting us, we were rushed through our order and then, we were given the wrong sub. I had already got home before I realized it wasn't what I ordered. I gave them a call, asked for the manager, the girl on the phone very rudely told the manager "she wants the manager!" Then she got back on the phone and said he won't take my phone call, he is too busy. I explained the situation and she literally said there wasnt much they could do and gave no solution for receiving the wrong sub. I will not return. I gave them the benefit of the doubt while they rushed us through our order because it was dinner time. However, after paying $17 for 2 regular subs when one wasnt even the correct sub, they are apparently not trained to do their job. Horrible experience. Wish it would've...

I am the manager at the Napa in Pataskala we eat here very regularly.... But today I ordered a number 26 recomended to me by another employee. I let them eat first and then I eat I opened the sandwhich and asked him why he suggested in get a veggie sub. It was suppose to have chicken on it and yes we found a tiny bit of chicken a very tiny bit. Neigher of the other 2 subs where that way and we all got the same. I called and the asst said he would let the GM know. Really not ok come switch it out, no just Ill let the gm know. So now I am eating a veggie sub not happy at all. I will not be back.
