Absolutely fantastic experience at Mr. Waffles in Paterson, NJ! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome that set the tone for the rest of my visit. The customer service here is truly outstanding – everyone is so attentive and eager to ensure you have a great experience.

The food at Mr. Waffles is nothing short of amazing. The menu offers a delightful variety of desserts that are both creative and delicious. I tried the signature waffles, and they were perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The toppings were fresh and generously portioned, making each bite a delightful experience.

What really impressed me was the portion sizes relative to the price. You get an excellent amount of food for what you pay, which is always a bonus. It's clear that Mr. Waffles values both quality and quantity, which is a rare and wonderful combination.

In addition to the amazing food, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for both casual hangouts and special occasions. Overall, Mr. Waffles exceeded all my expectations. Mr. Waffles used to be a great late-night spot for munchies. I loved coming here with my wife and kids to enjoy their crepes. Unfortunately, things have really gone downhill. The crepes are now too thick, burned, and lack the fresh fruit they used to have. In the past, when the crepes weren’t perfect, they would throw them out and make new ones. But now, the new girl behind the counter doesn’t seem to care. The crepes are either undercooked in spots or burned in others, and the overall quality has dropped significantly.

The place is also dirty, and I’ve noticed that the staff doesn’t change their gloves between tasks—they use the same gloves for everything. The girl behind the counter should also be wearing a hairnet for hygiene. It was much better when the Latino guy used to work there; he seemed to take more pride in his work. This new girl seems inexperienced and doesn’t know what she’s doing.

Overall, the place has really gone downhill, and I can’t recommend it anymore. To top it off, it’s overpriced for the quality you're getting...

Ordered a crepe over the phone and made sure to tell the girl on the phone that I will be there in 10 minutes. When I got there, about 17 minutes later (wanted to give them extra time to make sure to grab the food and run), the cashier(same girl that took the order) told me that I needed to wait 5 more minutes for my order.

The girl started on my order right then and there, and was wearing gloves, the same gloves she used to touch the cash register and handle money. She then proceeded to finish my crepe and picked it up with her hands (with contaminated gloves) and rung me up. Gloves should be changed between touching food and transaction, anyone who worked in any kind of food service knows this.

Overall the crepe was ok, and the price is way too high. There is a place down the street that has better pricing and also good food. I don’t think I’ll be...
