Banana King Its Waao! 21 Ave — Restaurant in Paterson

I never had such a bad experience in this place after been coming for such a long time . I got to the restaurant at 11:35 order my steak sandwich and was seeing everyone getting served their order except me so at 12:05 I finally couldn't take no more and complains then they just look at me and say oh wait it's coming . Then I guess the manager saw that grab the ticket from my hands and went to the kitchen. Are you serious?????? Nobody care that I was 1/2 hour standing there and at 12:15 finally my order came out and I star working at 12:00 the manager hide in the kitchen onto I left I saw her from my car ,not even as a courtesy approach to me and say sir I apologize for the inconvenience. Very bad quality of service never again . And don't recommend no one to go either. Kitchen always...

Food is average service is below average and mind you I dolt expect nada from this place but damn they set a new bar in low.. slow service hard to comprehend your order I talk Spanish when my friend try to order in English that was like a challenge and the cashier felt insulted or uncomfortable and she told me to help translate and mind you I was talking on the phone at the time... very understanding with the language barrier but all she said was can I get a chicken and cheese empanada with a coke. That's like a normal order lol.

Parking is tiny and location is in a rural area.. but having the little parking help if you can get 1 of the 6 spots available.

Drinks are super sugary so be prepare to be on...

Food and pricing is great. The seating area is cleaner now then before. Customer service, speed, and amount of employees can definitely be worked on. They can be a little more friendly. One of the girls asked me, "Did they give you your 2 cokes already." I said "Yes," (with a smile). She then just turns around and walks away without saying, "Okay, have a good night" or something small.

Ordered a shake and salchipapa, it took almost half hour. Only 2 people in the front in a busy town is unacceptable. You need at least another making shakes back to back. Just writing this to improve the service so maybe others would want...
