Mark, the owner, provided me with an absolutely wonderful customer service experience. Initially, he had quoted me a price from a photo that I emailed to him for an inside awning that I wanted installed as a unique window treatment. However, after he did a house visit, Mark stated that the cost of materials and installation would be much less and reduced the quote by nearly half!!! Needless to say, I was absolutely flabbergasted by his incredible integrity which is truly remarkable in these times of unscrupulous businesses of all kinds. After a brief discussion of my unusual window treatment, Mark took measurements and drew a picture of the proposed design. Without asking for a deposit which I offered to him but was refused, Mark advised me that the installation would be in approximately one week – a commitment which he honored – and the finished product resulted in a unique and stunning window treatment. M Signs ia a top notch company to do business with ! From start to finish Mark is easy to reach via phone and discusses various options , which are best for the customer. M Signs pricing is also very competitive. M signs was also the only company I found that not only replaced my retractable awning material, but also provided a hood to protect the awning during the winter ! M Signs are perfectionists. After they installed the replacement awning fabric and hood they also adjusted the awning frame meticulously ! I could not be happier with my experieince with M Signs. See...

Mark was great. Gave us a great price for replacing our store sign with a new logo, changing the logo on the door and changing another item on the window and 2 smaller signs for the mall board.
