I live 2 mins away but somehow never came here. Tonight I went in at the drive thru, got candied whopper meals. Time was good, but the food was.. weird. Fries were okay, onion rings were wet? kinda mushy and pale white-ish. Definitely undercooked. The whoppers were cold. This was a let-down cause how can you get cold food in the drive thru when you open it after just 10 seconds... the bread was hard, like two discs and it made a big weird gap between the contents. You could shift your fingers and make the bread do a see-saw, lot of fun. And then the candied bacon and contents were literally in a ball, in the center of the burger. I had a few bites, no bacon.. then i reached the middle, entire mouth is full of bacon bits. The bacon was so cold. The only way the sandwich was cold is if they made it ahead of time, but then, why do it ahead of time and ALSO ball up all the ingredients like that. At least if you're going to make a stack of burgers a few hours early to save time, make em a lil nice? I prob wouldn't...

But I don't blame the staff anymore because I have complained on multiple occasions and never once recieved an email back. So how can u expect good service from crew members when the people who r above them can't even respond to a simple complaint. As I've said before drive down to the mcdonalds 2 min away and they will have a drive thru line going thru the lot aND people r willing to wait. And at the same time ur line will have 2 cars in it. Read moreToday, 4/6/24, I advised the manager that two nights ago I ordered an Impossible Burger 🍔 only to get home and find that my son bit unto a whopper. Thank God that he did not swallow the meat. On that night, 4/4/24,I tried calling the restaurant 4 times (9:44pm, 9:45pm, 9:52pm, 9:54pm); however, after ringing, the calls were disconnected without an answer. When I told the manager that I still have the whopper; but, there was no receipt in the bag, his response was they always give a receipt and that he would not resolve my concerns: 1.
