I am writing to formally report an unacceptable experience I had at your location at approximately 2:20 AM. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, the employee on duty completely ignored the intercom system. I was forced to circle the drive-thru three times just to get his attention. I could clearly see him inside, distracted and using his phone.
When he finally decided to respond, instead of offering a simple apology for the delay and inconvenience, he responded with attitude and disrespect, as if I was the problem for simply trying to place an order.
This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a customer service role. Being ignored, disrespected, and treated with hostility as a paying customer is not something I expect—especially when the fault clearly lies with the employee’s negligence.
I expect appropriate disciplinary action to be taken against this individual, and I ask that you follow up with me regarding how this matter will be addressed. No customer should ever be made to feel like a burden simply for trying to make a purchase. You guys can check Dunkin camera...
Read moreThe drive thru girl was very disrespectful when I asked if I can have my receipt for my purchase order, with attitude she thrown the receipt like I was garbage. Then when I went inside to ask if a manager was present she laughed in my face when I told her that the order was wrong and throw the donut I originally asked for in the bag. I called another store in my area that is associated this this location and the manager there was rude when I told him they gave me attitude and he hung up the phone on me. Now if I was a secret shopper this establishment would receive a F for a grade. I will be report this kind of behavior to anyone in corporate and I will keep going until I am called. Read moreEvery Single time I go there I have an issue. Most of the women there have an attitude as soon as you drive up to the window. I always greet and say hello and most of them never say anything. I also say thank you when I am done and I never get a thank you back. Another incident I wanted an iced coffee, I never asked for whipped cream nor did they ask me if I wanted whipped cream, I was charged for whipped cream but my coffee had no whipped cream. I told the lady I didn't want whipped cream on my coffee and she got an attitude and said do you want your money back for the whipped cream?? I said if you're gonna charge me for it at least put it on there. God knows how many times they charged me for this which I have never noticed. Long story short, if you want rude service, go there!!
