Mi Barrunto NJ — Restaurant in Paterson

Where should I start from.... The server is the worst she wasn't no where to be found no one was attending the restaurant kids walking around the entire restaurant from the front to the back of the kitchen after 5 min she came out, don't know who would leave a business unattended. We order soup is took literally 1 hour for the food to come out. The server didn't offer water the chicha homemade juice was horrible!!!!!! Besides that she had a attitude, walk slowly mind you we was the only customer in the restaurant and they didn't have no order to be picked up. When it came to paid she still charged me for the juice, put gratuity on a 2 person bill which I don't mind as long u do a good job, anyway the bill was $65 didn't have a smaller bill gave her $105 so she could return me $40 didn't have no type of change was going to paid through zelle and she was trying to charge me as a credit card like is my fault they didn't have no change. They really need a better service not...

The food was fair and the prices on the menu seemed fair until they charged more on the check. They stated that the menu said they would charge 2 dollars more per item, but the issue here is that the menus we got none had that estipulation written on it. First we didn't receive the check with the prices and then they tried to brush us off. The issue here is all the shady stuff they did with the prices and hiding the check information. I do not recommend this place to eat because of the abusive behavior from the workers of this establishment. If you have to charge extra because of the pandemic then simply say it when you give the menu out. There is nothing wrong for prices to have to go up because restaurants are in need, but don't do it in hiding. At the end for the prices the food quality...

Food tastes like it was from 2 days ago. Not only did it taste reheated, it was way too expensive for the amount they serve. The waitress's attitude was dry and looked like she didn't want to be bothered taking our order. When it was time to pay, the bill didn't match the prices on the menu. And they added an extra 20% gratuity. And on top of that there was a freaking tip jar by the register. I DON'T KNOW WHICH WAS MORE DISGUSTING, THE FOOD, THE SERVICE OR THE BILL. PLEASE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY...
