Today it was the first time that i visit the place since i usually make my orders through eating apps. I am very big in customer service since it is the field that i work and feel the most passionate about customer service is what helps a business stay at float and increase clientele I most say the customer service was terrible. The workers spend more time talking amongst each other than working on making customers order at a faster pace. I went inside and customers did not have their masks on and no one was trying to implement the rule to be followed as is required by the state (this is not a safe place to visit with family). It took me 25 minutes from the moment that i started being help to comete my order. I only wanted a small vegetable salad that was already made, 2 empanadas, half of an avocado and a lemonade. Let me emphasize that Everything was cooked and ready. When i asked the waitress if the lemonade was really sweet or not her answer to me was and i quote " i haven't drink it so i don't know "with an attitude like if my question was dumb then turned her back me and continue talking to her peers about the 5 piercings that she just got since at that point it was more important than my order or me being late to work. (The same conversation about those piercing happened everytime she came across any of her peers. I had to repeat myself several times) A completely better answer and approached could of been given to my question. Thats when i asked her to give me a sample. Once i finally got my order she gave me the bag if the food and told me to take care i had to let her know that no one charged me for the food yet. I ordered a large lemonade which she did not closed properly and spilled all over my car. I went back to the restaurant and spoke to a man who gave me another lemonade but never acknowledged my frustration of having the lemonade spilled inside my car no emphaty what so ever now i need to...

For entree my wife ordered Meatballs in red sauce with white rice, I got Codfish in white sauce with Black bean Moro.
Her meatballs tasted like store bought meatballs, the ones you would normally buy at the freezer section at a Stop N Shop. My Codfish was bland and tasteless. It had too many peppers, not enough Codfish. But it wouldn't have made a difference if it did contain more of that tasteless Codfish.
The best part of the meal was the dessert and the service. Our dessert was Free, thanks to a Yelp check-in. I got us Trés Leches. It wasn't overly sweet, just right, very moist and tasty.
Our server was Ericka, she did a great job, friendly service and attentive.
I wouldn't come back for the food, but I would for...
