The place is a good place to hang and have drinks. Usually don’t order food from here much. The two times that I have and out of the two I only had one really bad experience. The food was cold, portion size was horrible compare to what I have order perviously the same plate. Order drinks that “their so call promote” on the website announcing its Saturday special once I got my bill I was charge $8 dollars more then the price on the special drink. Manager decided to be unprofessional and have no ethic to fix the issue she decide to argue with me “The customer”and not fix it. It’s not the first or second time. Majority of the servers have no professionalism, to busy being on their phones. There’s no success in a restaurant if Management and some staff lack in professionalism. People who are Managers and don’t have no CLUE how to be one surely should not be a manager. No matter what customer weather right or wrong if it’s not for “us” customers the location wouldn’t not Survive and people won’t have jobs. Manager needs more training on how to speak to a customer and know How to have manager professionalism. If not hire someone who has manager experience and respect customers. If I was the owner I wouldn’t just focus on money coming in I would also focus on my workers being unprofessional to my customers. Quality of food and Quality of service to customers is what makes customers come back. I went for my first time to this restaurant with my friend at 5 PM on a Thursday. No one was in the restaurant except for a bartender, a server and a pregnant woman who may have been an owner sitting at the bar on her cell phone. We sat down and ordered 2 martinis, to which we were told they did not have martini glasses (yet their web pictures show pretty drinks in martini glasses), the bartender did not know how to make them and the POS system was not programmed to ring up martinis. The menu only listed mojitos, beer and margaritas. We did notice all kinds of alcohol on the bar, so instead we ordered 2 Tito's on the rocks with lemon. The bartender kept talking to the owner trying to figure out what to do and again we were told they had no way to ring it up on the system. Her only solution was that they could put 2 shots of Tito's in a glass with ice, and the system would ring up $6.00 per shot. I personally am not paying $12 for an inch of alcohol in a glass.The owner never got off the stool, off her phone and never got involved in what was happening between us and the bartender. At this point, my friend and I looked at each other and after 15 minutes of back & forth nonsense decided to just leave. The owner didn't even bother to get off her phone to see why we were leaving. I usually come here every weekend and I love the food here but ever since they’ve been doing karaoke here it takes extremely long to be seated due to the fact that people take up the booths even when they’re done dining and drinking. This Saturday I watched a party of four leave and over heard them saying they were never going to be seated as they watched people taking up tables and not ordering. My party and i also ended up leaving after waiting for over an hour and watching a table get seated with only two drinks. When I asked why were they taking up the table for the whole hour we were there and they had not ordered food I was told they were waiting for 3 other people. That is unfair . Party’s shouldn’t people seated if the party isn’t complete especially if they're waiting for an hour plus. This is something that needs to be brought to someone’s attention. On weekends when people want to come in to eat Karaokes should be hosted or there should be an arrangement for people being seated to eat and those that are done and are only there to watch and have a drink or two. I’m super disappointed as this was my go to spot on the weekend . Please use karaoke as a form to bring in customer on less busy days not weekends when families are trying to...
