Dunkin' — Restaurant in Paterson

Man I don't know what is going on, I got a cup of coffee water this morning yep I said what I said the coffee was so far from this pot how dare they call it coffee, there were 4 people around the counter and they were so frazzled you would think the line was 10 deep, instead of the five people in the line . I ordered over the phone and my order was left on the table to get cold, I was across the street when I ordered so that tells me they are hurrying to fill a single order for coffee even before you come in, so It is cold when you get there,it definitely was not hot before, it is a single cup of coffee I have a order# I show it you make it not leave it on the counter to get cold and picked over by other persons waiting for...

So hey guys it's me, I ordered food 8:30a.m through doordash,and the food taste like it was leftovers from the night before. Keep in mind I literally live two blocks away from this locations. The food was cold and disgusting, not only that my drink never arrived with my food. I called several times asking for a manager and was hung up on. So I took a nap and called back for them to tell me there's no manager in the store. I'm a manager so I know in every store a manager is suppose to be in the building at all times. They didnt care about my situation or that I paid 22.00 for some food i wouldn't even serve to a homeless dog on the street... I'm completely over it and will be...

My first few trips in I was greeted by what appeared to be an all male staff they took my order nicely, made it and delivered awesomely however my last two trips not so great the all male staff was now all female my 4yr olds drink was incorrect and when I told them the young lady said she would remake it correctly but she did not so I paid nearly 5 dollars for a cup of ice water with a red tint to it the next visit were mixed only ordered a doughnut still waited an excessive time for the product and my change seems maybe they were training that day so I'll give them that possibly but those two encounters alone make me just wanna wait and travel to Rochelle...
