Its really disheartening to see such a good restaurant end up how this place did. About a year and a half ago I would 100% have reccomended this place because the staff is friendly and the food was spectacular. My dine in experience yesterday however was the complete opposite to my experience back then. ROACHES. Roaches on the table, the floor, and worst of all IN MY DRINK. I didn't want to seem like I was crazy or just another person looking to complain. I honestly should not have sat there and continued to give them my patronage but by the time I mustered up the courage to say something the food had already come out. I opted to take the food togo and they attempted to still charge me for the thai ice teas to which my partner politely asked that they be removed from the bill and the lady obliged. I'm still itching from knowing i had small baby roaches floating in my drink. If the pest problem extends to smaller ones being found in glassware the issue is MUCH MUCH larger than one would think. This place is definitely a solid 3 stars. We got to go from here abd everything was pretty decent. The portion size was decent but wished they weren't so stingy with the rice. Thai food goes so well with those white jasmine rice! More rice should be given for sure.

We had the early bird special yellow curry with tofu. This came with a appetizer, drink and a dessert. The curry decent but thought it wasn't as flavorful as other Thai places. We picked the taro custard and that was delicious! They forgot our spring rolls with our to go order which was very unfortunate.

Basil udon with chicken. A bit on the sweeter side but very yum. Loads of flavor.

Pad Kha Prow with beef. Very garlicky and basilly. Just how I like it. However a bit sweet and the beef was too dry.

We had:

Curry puffs, which were very flavourful with a lovely hand-made dipping sauce. They were perfectly crispy not greasy at all.

Fried red snapper with chilli oil. The fish was cut off the bone and served in a crispy version of its self. The fish was really well cooked. Perfectly crispy. Deliciously spicy and sweet. Under the fish was a nice amount of broccoli and carrots and more spicy-sweet sauce.

Tom Yum Soup, which was classic, perfectly balanced, with lots of protein. We had chicken. Came with a nice amount of chunky fresh mushrooms. Beautiful blast of sour umami. Really good example of this soup.

Pineapple fried rice. Very delicate and was super tasty. It had a good amount of plump shrimp, pineapple and some tomatoes.
