It is very unfortunate that when the business is growing their customer service is exquisite. Unfortunately as time passes by and the business grows they have forgotten about the people that were with them when they weren’t that Big. I called and place an order for a cake and put together all the details for the cake that I want it I was told that everything was fine, then I receive a message saying that they do not have the flowers that go on the cake that I requested and I’m told that they were going to pick flowers in the same color for the cake but that they couldn’t send me a picture of the flowers they were picking. I asked if they wanted me to switch my design to accommodate whatever they had at the moment instead they requested that I go in person, leave my job, to go there and come to a conclusion on the cake when I had a really spend the time necessary picking up a cake out. They stop communicating with me, they never answer my calls, they didn’t answer my messages, and I know they were avoiding my calls because my had my husband call and And they picked up the phone. I have recordings of the whole conversation I had with them because they happened through WhatsApp voice messages in which I can prove that I was never rude and that I was just requesting that they clarify what I needed to do to make sure that I had a cake for the date that I needed it. My mother in law ordered a cake for it to be ready today at 3 pm for a party that started at 5 pm. They never called her to even keep her posted. She had to call at 4:15 pm for them to say it "wasnt ready" we waited, 5:15 rolls around SHE then had to call back to the bakery to see if it was ready, so my sister in law went to pick it up. We explained to them they never called to keep her updated on the cake process that the party already started at 5 which it was now 5:40 it should have been ready at 3! So we asked will she get a discount since it wasnt ready by the time she asked and you didnt call her. The "owner" i assume which was a man said "NO". They lied and said we called her at 2 pm to tell her it was ready which how could they do that, when she called them to find out?! Completely unprofessional, you definitely dont run a buisness like this!?! Ordered a cake yesterday. I was planning on my office birthday party. I asked for a dulce de leche but they told me they only had pineapple which was fine. I told them how I wanted the cake designed and when I got the cake, it was not how I waned it. The cake was so dry and it didn't even have any hint of pineapple in it. I called now for a refund and the owner only sent me $30 when i paid 80 for the cake. She told me she would refund me the whole amount not particle.
