Save yourself the trouble and do not book your events here. We had an event on June 24th and would never book another event here again.

1st: Aside from the $999 promo, We were charged $500 for a security deposit. We then added an extra hour for our event (which was $150) and we were charged another $150 after the event saying we had 2 extra hours when in reality we spent that last hour cleaning. So realistically we got back $200 and could do nothing about it because they already had our security deposit.

2nd: This place had the WORST attention to detail. Whenever we had questions on tables and capacity the answers would always change. One day they had space for 85 people, the next they only could accommodate 70. They couldn’t accommodate our table requests for long tables instead of round tables (we ended up having to buy and bring our own tables/tablecloths). They set up their round tables with dirty white table cloths that had black stains on them. I had to ask them to change like 4 tablecloths.

3rd: I am 8 months pregnant, when I went to decorate for my event they wouldn’t allow me to go in the morning or the night before. They insisted on 3 hours before the event which gives no time to get ready after decorating. They had no event or anything the morning of (I checked) they just didn’t want to accommodate. Thank goodness I had 10 other people there because if not it would have been impossible. Not to mention we were all drowning in sweat because they didn’t turn on the AC ahead of the event and it was literally 85 degrees as we were setting up. I complained and complained begging for them to turn on the AC and ended up having to do it myself by finding the thermostat.

Trust me when I say the price may seem great, but the headache this place causes is NOT worth it. Take your money...

We rented this hall for an 80th birthday celebration, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.

First, the air conditioning was a major issue. The temperature inside felt close to 85°F. We complained multiple times, but were told it was “on,” even though the room remained uncomfortably warm. The lady told us we were the first event to ever complain about the AC, but after reading other reviews, I saw that others had mentioned the same problem — which means she was not being truthful. This was especially hard on our senior guests, who were sweating just sitting down.

Second, the cleanliness and upkeep were not what we expected. The white tablecloths had visible grease and yellow stains, and the chairs were peeling and in need of maintenance. For the amount charged — $1,173 plus a $500 security deposit (total $1,673) — the condition of the furniture should be better.

The hall charges $200 per extra hour. Our event was booked from 3–10 PM, but we extended to 11 PM and understood the $200 for that extra hour. After 11 PM, we started cleaning, and by 11:40 PM we were outside in our vehicles. The lady tried to charge another $200, claiming we used “almost 2 hours” after 10 PM. In reality, it was one extra hour for the event and about 40 minutes for cleanup. Charging $200 for cleaning time felt unreasonable.

The place looks okay at first glance, but for the price, the quality and service do not match. They need to take better measures and have more reasonable rules for...

Horrible my experience. I Ordered my mangu banana milkshake and 3 orders of bolitas de yuca. Pretty simple no it wasn’t that simple so she explained to me that it was gonna be a little bit of a wait because they were busy completely understand don’t have a problem with that one hour went by called to check on my order they were going to bring me my order it was on its way my order gets here not what I ordered i wasn’t upset yet they called the restaurant spoke to one of the ladies there the lady told me that I did not order a mangu that I ordered empanadas which is absolutely wrong because I don’t like empanadas but OK she said she was going to send me my Mangu 30 minutes go by my order is still not here so this means I waited an hour and a half and I still havent gotten my order I call her to check on my order and when it was coming she told me it’s going to be $7.95 on top of what I already paid then she goes on to tell me that maybe I am confused that I did not order mangu.Are you kidding me lady are you kidding me I go on to explain to her that I’ve ordered several times in the past that I have never ordered empanadas and that in every single order that I have ever ordered from here the one thing that I ordered is mangu I ended up telling her I wanted her to cancel the order and telling her not to charge my card honestly a nightmare I waited over an hour and a half and didn’t even get to...
