I had a disappointing experience at this establishment and feel compelled to share my feedback. The lady working at the counter was extremely unpleasant and lacked basic manners. We placed a sizable order and were provided with a large tray, for which we had to put down a $50 deposit. When I went to pick up the order, I politely asked for two small disposable trays, as I intended to transfer any leftovers from their tray to the disposables and return the store tray as agreed upon.

However, the lady refused to provide me with the disposable trays, despite my explanation of the situation. I requested to speak with the manager, but she claimed he was busy, and I didn't want to cause a scene, considering it was an engagement party and time was limited.

To add to the frustration, the cash register stopped working, and when the owner or manager finally arrived, I had to argue with him to get just one disposable tray instead of the two I had initially asked for. I was even forced to inquire about nearby dollar stores to purchase additional trays. It was disheartening to spend over $250 on our order and be denied such a simple request, especially when it would have cost them just a couple of dollars.

I strongly believe that the lady at the counter is not suited for customer service and should be assigned to other tasks within the establishment. Her lack of manners and unfriendly demeanor made the overall experience deeply unsatisfying. I hope this feedback serves as a valuable suggestion for improvement, as it's crucial for businesses to maintain a courteous and customer-friendly environment to retain...

The GLOW of this business include the positive attitude of the ladies at the counter. They are pleasant and try hard to please customers. Another GLOW is that the pastries (warbat, Knafeh, baklava) are incredibly delicious. The GROWS are the following: The coffee machine needs to be cleaned. The water in the coffee pots looked filled in transparent floating crystals. We have pointed this out to one of the service ladies behind the counter. Interestingly, after the water was chucked and replaced, STILL, the new water had floating crystals. My wife and myself began to question whether the water used to bake the pastries is the same water we were looking at in the coffee pots. Is it a water issue, a cleanliness issue, or something else? health services need to investigate this. Etiquette and decorum are missing. We asked for desserts to eat in and we were given our order in ONE small plate instead of two plates. When we asked for another plate, we were given a small plastic plate. This needs to be worked on. When a business invests a ton of money in a new building and facility, they must also invest in etiquette and decorum. Bathroom cleanliness. I give bathrooms ONE STAR. No harm intended to the people. They have great product, but they need to address these issues before they find themselves in trouble with health services, and before they get...

I came in here to get a piece of their famous knafe. There was a customer who was a lady in front of me who wanted to buy the number 4 or 5 of the knafe to take to a FAMILY gathering. There was a little bit of knafe already ready but so little that it doesn’t fit the number 4 or 5 tray. So instead of leaving what was left, the worker gave her what was left which again, it didnt even fit the number 4 and she told me to wait 15 mins for the next batch of knafe. This problem could’ve been prevented by telling the lady who wanted a tray for her FAMILY, who was even there with her, to wait 15 mins instead of telling me who simply just wanted a small piece. I did not have time to wait the 15 mins (it’s never 15 mins it’s always more) because I was gonna miss the bus

How does that make sense. It’s like saying I’m going to a pizzeria and the slices that they have out on the counter, are for customers who don’t want a whole pie. If someone wants a whole pie they would have to wait til it’s ready, it doesn’t make sense to give the whole pie that is ready on the counter for people that do not want a whole pie.

Overall the worker there was inconsiderate. And she made everyone else wait 15 mins rather than just making the lady...
