I do not recall i ever posted a bad review, but this time i had no choice but to share my bad experience. My wife and i stopped by and ordered 2 kofta sandwiches to go, simple order should not take more than few minutes, the cashier told us 15 min. We waited 15, 30, 45 minutes, even one hour and every time we asked they said 2 minutes, customers who came after us got their food, when i complained that i have been waiting for an hour, the answer came in a very rude way “ if you want a fast food, Macdonald is around the corner” I ended up cancelling the order and left, if they have a sign says “wait an hour or go to Macdonald” i would have just left and went to other restaurant, but promising 15 minutes and taking more than one hour and not even feeling apologetic is not professional. i just wanted to share my experience, just do not go there, if this is how they treat customers, imagine how they...

DO NOT DINE IN, DONT COME AT ALL

Disappointed by how we were served. Terrible customer service, we dined in as a family and were charged a service fee and their service was trash, we ordered the mix grill and they only gave 2 small side garlic sauce. They gave us disposable utensils to put our food, which restaurant does that. I had to ask for another spoon, that's when they gave me a proper serving spoon. I also asked for hot sauce to add for some taste and they charged me for it. Make sure when you pay the bill you look at it twice they add items you didn't even have. I was charged for extra garlic sauce and hot sauce which is total nonsense. If someone is dining in don't be cheap with the sauces and be good at your customer service.
