Sweet Paladar — Restaurant in Paterson

I had a really disappointing experience at Sweet Paladar. The service was terrible from the moment I walked in. One of the employees a young guy with braces was rushing clients to pay as if they were bothering him by just being there. I was considering dining in, but every table was dirty, covered with used plates, cups, and mess. It honestly looked like a chicken coop inside.

The staff clearly lacks proper training in customer service. I ordered a morir soñando, which is supposed to be cold and refreshing, but they gave it to me warm. I also ordered a quipe, but it didn’t taste anything like a real quipe it was very off.

They seriously need to improve their service, cleanliness, and overall customer experience. I wouldn’t recommend it unless major...

Very rude staff, have consistency in the products you sell, Your response was also rude and unnecessary , this is not me misleading anyone as you mentioned this is my honest review of my experience, reviews are meant to be someones personal experience at a business . Yes, your business is beautiful but your staff should be better trained with customer service and what it entitles giving off negative body language is not very welcoming. Sadly, it is obvious where the energy comes from. Your threat was out of place. A threat under a review is not warranted and shows your inability to accept criticism or lack there...
