Marshalls — Local services in Paterson

Good prices..no one really asks if you need help they just let you roam lol which is a good thing cause sometimes you just want to be left alone to search when you aren't looking for anything specific. Anyway I got to the register and as I was paying. My card clearly already went through because I just had to press how I wanted the receipt but I thought it was done so I went to grab my bag and the cashier, Big Jamaican lady snatched the bag out of my hand as if I was gunna run out with items I already paid for lol. Then when I said did you really have to snatch that out of my hand she says No I didn't snatch. Like UM MAM my empty hand begs to differ lol. God please let me ooze my happiness to all those I come...

This store is the worst in Paterson Customer Service sucks the employees and the managers are a bunch of idiots they are the worst!!! I’m surprise this place is still in business I would not recommend anybody to go there and shop or work there they’re so disorganize and they like to accuse people of shop lifting all the time since it’s in Paterson A minority place I bet they don’t do that to other Marshalls in other towns right???? SMH The TJX companies are the worst to work in!!!!!! The sales are good but to work there forget about it!!! Take my advice go shopping somewhere else. They don’t need...

I LOVE Marshalls but this store could do some improving...the line to check out is ALWAYS ridiculous...they just don't have enough cashiers. They have at least 10 registers but I only ever see 2 in operation...and I've seen the line wrap to the back of the store before. And considering it's not the easiest place to sift through, it takes a lil while to find stuff due to the disorganization of the store, no one wants to have tp wait in a line like that once you're finally ready to checkout. Employees aren't very helpful either and some are actually just...
