Tony's Pizza Palace Pawtucket — Restaurant in Pawtucket

Ordered three things on the phone (at 10PM). When I showed up 15 minutes later, the guy at the counter immediately started ringing up someone else's order to me, without even asking my name or my order. Had to ask him if that order was even mine before he stopped and finally asked me what my order was and brought the correct order over.

The worst part was that they got my order wrong, and when I brought that up, they immediately started arguing with me, giving me grief about buying it anyways, "what's wrong with it?", "just buy it". They started assuming that my "girlfriend or wife" placed the order and said it wrong. I told them that I actually ordered it myself, then they then started arguing saying that I ordered it wrong. Funny thing is, what they made and what I know for a FACT I ordered, was totally unrelated. There's no way I could have said it wrong, especially not that wrong. I was literally looking at Google Maps photos of their menu while calling -- come on now. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to know how to speak and say what you want.

I ended up walking out without the food and without paying for it. Then they started spamming me with multiple calls and voicemails from multiple phone numbers until I blocked them all.

Hilarious part, this was my first time going, and I was actually telling my girlfriend right before leaving we should make this our new regular spot since it's so close.

Yeah rightttt think again lmao. Everyone who says their customer service is great must be masochists and love getting treated like garbage.

As soon as I left I made the exact same order at Big Tony's Pizza and I just finished eating it....

The food is okay, but whenever they make mistakes they don’t make any real effort to fix it. I ordered a buffalo chicken calzone and ended up with a chicken calzone. I called the store back and the owner said he was sorry and would take care of me next time because I’m a good customer. They sent out a driver who delivered a small cup of buffalo sauce as if I’m supposed to remake my own calzone. Usually I overlook their mistakes because they are nice, but this is the last time I will order from there. Try Vasilios instead if you want a buffalo chicken calzone and you want to get what you actually ordered. My husband got an Italian sandwich and it was unseasoned. There was no dressing on it that Italian sandwiches usually have so he felt like he was eating a salad sandwich. I got a grilled chicken Cesar sandwich and my sandwich tasted like a grilled chicken sandwich no season or cesar salad dressing. Very disappointed. We got a small veggie pizza and they put way too much toppings on a small pizza so it made my slices soggy at the bottom and heavy to pick up so all the toppings were falling off. We didn’t finish the sandwiches or the pizza. The only good thing about the pizza was the crust. This was my first time trying them as me and my husband been trying new pizza spots, but this pizza spot didn’t satisfy...
