I am a very easy going person. I have never given a 1 star review on here before. Well this particular burger King has someone working the drive thru that has no business working here.
My experience: I drive up and begin ordering. I had 3 people with me. There was no vehicles behind me. We weren't being slow in ordering, but I had to tell the employee that I was not done ordering 3 times. She kept asking "that it" and giving me a total. I also ordered a small chicken sandwich and got charged and recieved the large one, when I specifically stated the one off the value menu... she was in such a hurry to get me through and on my way that they forgot a drink and a burger and fries. When I came in to get the missing items the girl rolled her eyes at me. I was pissed. What kind of customer service is that. I mean, I understand the want to be fast, but when your service suffers from it.... is it really worth it. Just slow down a bit. And don't get annoyed or have attitude with me when I have to come in and correct something YOU screwed up on.
My girlfriends experience a few days later:
Started ordering from the drive thru. By the third item the lady began asking if that was it and trying to rush her. When trying to order the fourth item my girlfriend asked for a second to look at the menu, the employee cut her off saying "I can read the value menu off to you if that would help you make a decision". My girlfriend was not amused. When ordering the chicken sandwich off the value menu the employee said, yeah the #9, and my girlfriend had to reiterate that it was the value menu chicken sandwich. She stated that that was it for her order. When she went to the window she asked the girl if she was the manager, and she said yes. My girlfriend told her that she didn't need to cut her off and try rushing her when it wasn't busy. The girl took my girlfriends card and slammed the window without saying anything. She was in such a hurry she couldn't slide the card correctly and it took a few attempts. When she handed the card back to my girlfriend, my girlfriend asked who the owners were, to which the girl said "John" as she shut the window. She had attitude toward my girlfriend this entire time. When my girlfriend asked for the contact info of the owner the employee said she could look it up online for herself. Again, being in such a hurry, she forgot straws for the drinks. She wouldn't open the window again, and another employee opened the window and asked what she needed, and my girlfriend asked for the straws.
All in all.... just wow. This was within the last week. Seriously feel bad for the employees and the employer because if, in fact, your manager is like that you'll see a decline in employee moral and see losses in revenue both. And "John", if you're reading this my girlfriend would like to...
Read moreSo, I continously go to this Burger King, and the one in Ontario Oregon, however, I've had more problems at this Burger King than any other fast food chain I've been to. Time and time again there is issues after issues, and dont get me wrong, there has been decent times, but unfortunately the bad out ways the good at this point, I've had to result to contacting cooperate because nothing's changed. This morning my boyfriend and I decided to get some breakfast, he got a croissant and I got a burrito with hashbrowns and milk. The milk that was handed to us was expired, and when asking for another they brought back another milk with the same exportation date to which we had decided on a juice. When returning to home, we tried some of the hashbrowns and sadly enough they were horrible. I love these hashbrowns normally, but they literally tasted like bad fryer oil. So with these indications we decided to not eat our food, considering the milk was expired and the hashbrowns were old, or dirty. We both dont want to risk getting sick. Went there tonight and waited around 20mins for my order to realize they were calling order numbers after my order number so I went up and asked where's my food and come to find out they passed it out to someone else threw drive threw so I waited even longer for them to remake my order... then in the process a lady comes in and her entire order is messed up badly?? Either bad employees or management or both on their part... Got my order finally and sat down to find out the Texas Double whopper only had 2 patties, onions, tomatoes, pickles, very little lettuce and mayo... where's the ketchup and bacon? I don't like being picky but if I can't make a deal to make the meal cheaper then I want the correct meal because that's what I paid for!!
