Beto's — Restaurant in Payson

I want a refund. A few minutes ago, i stopped by here for lunch. On the menu, a combo for two cheese enchiladas with rice beans and a drink was about 8.50$. I ordered two cheese enchiladas with NO RICE AND BEANS OR COMBO just alacarte hoping this would be cheaper. They didn’t tell me the total at the speaker and before i could ask him the price at the window, the cashier snatched my card away. They don’t do the transaction at the window either, they take ur card away from the window so who knows if they could be taking ur information . When he gave me the receipt it was 9 FREAKING DOLLARS. More expensive than it would be for the combo. the receipt didn’t even have an item list of what i bought, just the price they wanted to charge me. When I got home, none of the cheese was even melted and they were COLD. I live a block away so there’s no way they got cold that fast…plus the cheese wasn’t melted so i know they didn’t even try to warm it up. Please give...

1 ⭐️ This location only… Unfortunately our food was burn, lettuce partially wilted, & guacamole 🥑 slightly brown. The “beef meat” “onions & green peppers” were burnt and the meat burnt so bad it was actually black and crisp like beef jerky inside my chimichanga. Both of my friends food “different meal” were also served burnt inside and nearly the same way. I’ve always had good food at Beto’s, but this particular Payson location was by far the worst I’ve ever had. I suggest going to other Beto’s locations and skip the Payson restaurant.

Hopefully, changes are made quickly to this particular location and a regional manger will conduct a surprise drop in visit to see what I’m talking about. I’ve had 10+ friends tell me to avoid the Payson location over the last 3-4 months and I should have listened to them. Once the changes are made, I’ll happily change my...

I live close to this location and know the owner lady and her son and they're both super friendly! The angry little man that's been working Saturday and Sundays(most recent bad visit on 7/21/24) lately needs a hug or something! On my visit today I was paying at the drive thru and simply asked for the hot sauces I wanted and he kinda scoffs and slams the window! He did the same thing after handing the food over. He also acted the same way a couple weeks ago, as well as on other weekends prior. I'm aware people have bad days, but this isn't the 1st or 2nd time this angry little man has acted the same way. Dude needs a HUGE hug, or just take him away from the window! If I hadn't had multiple bad attitude issues with him I'd give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around!
