Went to order a sandwich called "the gargantuan". A secret menu item, that boasts 5 meats. Salami, capocollo, ham, roast beef, and turkey. I wanted to remove the capocollo, as I don't like it. The cashier said that they would have to take off the salami as well, because the salami and capocollo are the same meat 🤨. And when I asked to swap it out for something else, he said that they would have to charge me extra for any additions.

Went there for my first time last night with my wife for a date and she loves a cold sandwich from anywhere never has been disappointed at a cold sandwich but last night she was. Service was awful, no one was behind us in line and Sophie was beyond impatient. I had my mind set on a pickle sandwich which was limited time, not a huge deal the big deal was she kept going are you ready or still deciding which caused me not to look at the menu and just order a pickle.
