I appreciate that they specify the sodas are fountain and have refills.

Server was super nice. I sat outside, so I'm not sure about the interior, parking lot isn't the best view but the weather was great and it was pretty quiet at 3-4pm.

Started with chips, salsa and chorizo queso. Chips are good, thick and crisp, need salt. Salsa isn't at all hot but has a nice smokey flavor. The chorizo has so much grease it turned the white cheese orange, it was ok at best, I felt like all I could really taste was the grease and it kept pooling on top. * Server brought me some plain queso to replace it though!

~Got the mixed fajitas, beef and shrimp. Not bad, decent. The shrimp was good, but it didn't have much flavor in the overall dish and the beef was a bit tough. I'm from Texas and maybe I'm being overly critical, I haven't found any particularly great beef based meals up here, sorry NE.

Do wish they had large sized tortillas (flour), and these were around grocery store quality.

Final verdict, skip the chorizo, get extra salsa. I continue to be sad on the beef offerings, but it makes sense....

It was my 1st time going to Amigo's and it was one of the greatest experiences ever. I had reservations on Cino de Mayo and I found out my friend has also made reservations there. We called to see if they can seat us together. I spoke to the manager Eduardo. He said let me know once you get here I'm not sure if I'll be able to accommodate you on such a busy day. As soon as we got there he offered us an outside table to keep us together it was a bit chilly so we asked if there's anything he could do for us inside. He said we may have to wait about an hour considering how busy they were. He actually came back in less than 5 mins and went out of his way to bring a table from outside to make sure he accommodated us. It was so nice and kind of him. Not to mention they have delicious margaritas and great authentic Mexican food. I restaurant was clean. I have nothing bad to say at all. Eduardo was amazing he's doing a great job!! we want to thank him for making my pre day dinner a great one. Also for the kids. We had a blast. Highly...

Amigos! , still remember when it was in construction August 2019, had the opportunity for a sneak peak of amigos . the front entrance the high ceiling, island bar, comfortable seats stand out! lets talks about and how much had improved ,yes that first week of the Grand opening wasn't the best food experience, food was blend ,rice over cooked we didn't get ours first course , servers were nervous and lot of bad mistakes happened. i have had the opportunity to be part of many, restaurants grand opening; Davio's ,The cottage ,UDG unos due Go , P.F changs, The barking crab.,Those first weeks are intense., over time everyone becomes better , a better cook ,better server, better manager. this recent visit to Amigos was what i had in mind the first time dining in, what an improvement the Food well executed, fabulous presentations on the dishes, i enjoy every savory bite, the rice ,the beans ,fresh queso frescos, warm soft tacos shell tortilla.
