I'll try to stick to the facts. The short dark haired girl, I think her name starts with a D. Has worked there since before management changed and talks to me like I'm inconveniencing her constantly. She literally had her coat on and just pointed to a nearby table and said "your food is over there" I was rushed out.This was a good hour before they even close. Somebody should have waited voluntarily Shawn, considering you close at 8 it actually shouldn't matter when I order it because I was back before closing. It wasn't a favor, those are the posted hours of business and if you're closing early then I could have been made aware. Terrible service and I'm being treated like I'm holding her up when in reality she closed the shop early. She's miserable, looks high as a kite, and charges me more than the owner for the same stuff or seems generally put off by what I order. Chicken salad DID have little black specks in it upon closer inspection seems to be black mold. I have been coming to Santoros throughout my life off and on since I was 13 years old. What happened to this place? I got the pesto chicken wrap. It was flavorless and sopping wet, completely fell apart. Chicken was unseasoned and chewy and vegetables tasted old. If there was provolone cheese on it, it was unidentifiable. The chocolate chip cookie was rock hard.. I actually couldn’t bite into it.. inedible. The interior of the shop and the service has really gone down hill. I called in a take-out order and when I got there, the staff wasn’t aware of the order. No customer service skills at all. Accidentally put in the wrong phone number when ordering online and the woman on the phone and the delivery person both made fun of me and complained over and over again that he was waiting a long time (despite having my address and not wanting to get out of the car). I apologized multiple times for the mix up but they just kept complaining about not being able to reach me by phone. So unprofessional and strange. It was also 65$ for 3 mid pizzas plus an undeserved tip, so not a cheap...
