Recommended. Pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Local to the area, had been told about this restaurant inside the Hilton by another local and figured we'd give it a shot. Not the cheapest place you can go, but very good. We had the brisket with mashed potatoes and vegetables- really really excellent but very heavy, so, probably not the dish. Okay if you're not hungry okay. The star however, was the brussel sprouts dish. Was cooked with cranberries cheese, some kind of glaze- really excellent. Excellent. Couldn't stop eating it. Finally had a French dip au jus sandwich as well. Also very excellent and a good size, probably big enough to split between two people. Another star of the show was the ranch dusted hand cut fries. Really good. Good service as well ....
Read moreHmm.. this is a very interesting Hotel affair. This may be the one place I've been where I do not really know how to properly review it. I say that because of how they do things, and the patrons they accommodate. Most people dont pay here, typically they're company has a contract with them who fronts the bill. The waiters are nice enough, but a far cry from a waiter you'd have at say a ruby Tuesday or Longhorn. Again, they are nice enough but they definitely work like they're not recieving a tip. The glasses they bring your drinks in are three sippers. I believe they try for elegance, but that's another thing I dont think they really know how to do. The food is good, everything is garnished. The beautiful and welcoming atmosphere is only 2nd to the high level of service and quality of food. From the Steaks to the Salmon, to the daily specials, all are so delicious.
