Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Peachtree City

This was a massive fail. There was only one car in front of ours; it was a Kia waiting for an order to be filled, and it was pulled up front waiting so that they could fill other orders without holding up the line. Oh, yeah! What orders? We were the only car in line as there was no one behind us or in the next lane. There was one car, and it took eleven minutes from start to finish. There’s more… we did not receive any napkins. So we asked and pulled off only to discover that the condiments were missing. So we parked to go in to get the condiments. Everyone that I saw working outside and inside were teenagers, and there is no harm in that except they need some kind of leadership in the restaurant. I have no idea why there was no evident leadership in an overstaffed and empty restaurant. They couldn’t accurately fill a relatively small order in under eleven minutes? They couldn’t include napkins or condiments? Poor management on this particular day. I guess Mike Holmes, the operator, was enjoying an extended holiday. This day was certainly out of the ordinary, and it was really annoying to have to go inside for a drive- in order. Order # 9445196 Drive thru 5196 Also, the receipt time does NOT match the time that the order is completed. We arrived at 5:46 and pulled off at 5:57. I visited store 00838. Very poor experience. The young lady who took my order was uninterested in assisting me. Her face was balled up during our entire interaction in drive thru. While waiting in the line, I noticed that there were several bags (2 of which were mine) just sitting at the window while the young ladies outside of the window conversed (no bags were being taken to the cars). When I rolled up, the young lady on the left looked at my car and the description on the bag; picked the bag up, put it back down and turned her back to me to finish conversing with the other young lady who was standing next to her while I waited. The other young lady noticed the unprofessional, awkward silence as I waited right in front of them to be handed a bag that had already been sitting for quite some time. So they laughed and she turned around and asked for my name. I told her and finally I was handed my bags and a water. I continued to wait for a sweet tea that took all of 5 seconds to hand over, but didn't. The young lady asked for the tea 4 times and was continuously ignored as the workers cackled inside and passed several orders out of the window. I didn't say anything but she noticed that the frustration was building so she chuckled and apologized for how long it was taking to get 1 medium sweet tea. I usually don't have issues with Chick-fil-A. I went to this location with my girlfriend for the first time. Upon ordering, I was asked for a name for my order as standard. I Clearly said my name ( Victor ) with no accent out Loud. I expected it to be on my receipt as usual but it wasn't. Instead on the receipt was a description of my outfit which I found weird because the young Caucasian lady who took my order could have just put the table number that she gave us if she forgot my name because we were dining in. The food came out fast but was wrong. There were somemissing items from the order. Also there was this weird older non-empolyee Caucasian lady walking around the store with her gun showing on her waist. I know Georgia is an open carry state but Just to paint a picture of the Situation it was as if she was store security and watching us. Side note I am a young black male and a police officer in GA. I was just casually dressed with no hood/gangster look. But either way I will not be going back to this Chick-fil-A I will continue to go to other ones that treat you a lot better and make you feel comfortable in their locations when your spending your hand earn money.
