Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Peachtree Corners

I come into Marco's alot. But this particular day has made me make my mine up about ordering here anymore. I came in about a month ago and a young Spanish lady walked in smelling of weed it was so strong I and the customer next to me looked at one another. I then wait to my order was done and asked to speak to a manager, spoke with a lady at the front she apologized and said she would fix it and gave me and the customer next to me 3.00 off or next order, needless to say I am just coming back. Wanted to give Marco's another chance and as I walk into the store. I hear cursing and screaming. I look at wants going on one gal was pointing her finger and cursing out the lady that told me she was the manager. Then manager looks over and say can you keep your voice down the lady looks over and say B make me, the lady apologized and I left my order wasn't ready. When I came back the two young lady's where outside cursing and very loud while the other lady inside. I'm saying all this to say I will no long order with Marco's on winters chapel Rd. I call back up there to get the manager name and a lady said that B I mean that person doesn't work here anymore. I told the lady I was just up...

Marco's in Norcross has a terribly rude staff, and their delivery driver's are even worst! I ordered a pizza and they said it would be 45 mins. My friend and I waited by the door for over an hour and the delivery never came. I called them back about it and the manager was being rude saying that his driver said we did not answer the door. I explained how that was not true and how we were waiting for him and no one ever came to our door. I said "maybe he went to the wrong door"/ wrong address or something. Then their driver started texting me rude things like how he was going to block me from their delivery list and said "yeah yeah yeah the customer is always right". He sent stupid text to my phone for about 10 minutes and baited me into an argument with him. Smh what kinda mess is that?? I will order from somewhere else from now on. But if you like their pizza, go pick it up yourself. Don't bother with their bad...

Ordered my food VIA online order at 3:20 pm got an order confirmation immediately says my food is set to arrive.at 4:21 pm. At 4:47 I call up to the store and question where my order was, I was told it was out for delivery and given NO eta. I stepped away from my phone and missed the delivery drivers phone call. Call the store back and they stated they didn't have my street number. I provided the street number and directions on how to get my house.Waiting for my food 20 more minutes and I the receive a phone call asking if my I want my order remade. At this point I'm furious and ask to speak to a manager. She states she can cancel the order or come pick it up.i asked would I be compensated for the waste of my time she told me those were my only 2 options and that's it. And this is how they do...
