Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Peachtree Corners

This location has been here for awhile. The parking is plentiful. This location has undergone a make over in the last year and a half. The big change to the interior was the addition of a window for takeout orders.

Another change was made to the ingredients you can get added to your bowl and burritos. I miss some of the ingredients like the grilled mushrooms.

So, to my visit. I have been coming here since it first opened. I miss some of the old staff, but the new staff is nice. Caleb is wonderful!

My burrito was great, the ingredients were fresh and very good. I typically get the ground beef, which is very flavorful. I like the fact the chips are free and are so good with the queso. Also, the guacamole is tasty.

My recent visit to Moe’s wasn’t inviting. Upon entering, I was met with silence from the Spanish girl server, who only greeted me after turning away from the grill. When I mentioned her oversight, she dismissed my concern and refused to acknowledge any fault.

Upon researching Moe’s policy, I found that a complimentary meal is warranted if the initial greeting is omitted. Despite presenting this information, the server remained adamant, citing owner discretion. This inconsistency in policy enforcement was disappointing and frustrating.

Moreover, the server's dismissive attitude and rush in serving without addressing the issue further made for an unpleasant experience.

Please stay away from this place. Very nasty attitude from workers, we ordered online and requested cup of guacamole and add guacamole on my salad nad my coworkers burrito paid almost $6.00 for it just to find no guacamole at all on our orders when we cam back to the office. i drove back and these guys had the audacity to tell me that they informed the girls that picked up the food that they were out of guacamole. Which is a lie, I requested a refund after nothing was offered from their side and I was told to wait after he finished with all the people that were in line which were almost 6 and more keep coming in. I decided to leave the store and not waste my time with 2 morrons.

So I got no guacamole, no refund and a very nasty attitude from the 2 employees...
