I have been coming to manhattan deli for many years. Today I was treated and spoken to so poorly, rude and unprofessional by the store manager. I was in shock and extremely disappointed. I was in the process of paying over $25 for breakfast but due to the way she treated me, I will no longer spend my money to support this business.

7/12/25 Update to original review - I am writing to follow up on this response, to express my concern regarding an unfortunate experience I had, and the untrue reason mention in the response, which I feel deserves attention.

This issue was not related to any request for complimentary items—it was simply a mix-up on the DoorDash app. Clearly, I have no need or desire to ask for anything complimentary from anyone. I use to order through (door Dash) pay $25-35 almost daily! That detail alone says I don't need anything for free!

I attempted to explain this to the store manager; several times during my ineraction with her, however, she refused to listen and instead responded with an unnecessarily harsh and dismissive tone. Her manner was unprofessional and deeply disappointing. She made sure I knew my business was not welcomed.

As a loyal customer of over 10 years, I have consistently supported your business and referred many new customers to your location—one as recently as the day before this incident. I’ve always valued the food and atmosphere at this resturant, which makes this experience all the more disheartening.

I hope this matter is taken seriously, as no customer—especially a long-standing paying one—should be treated in such a disrespectful manner. It could have been preventing by giving the grace of LISTENING. I hope this review prevents anyone else from being treated the way I was...

Food is decent, service is horrible. My order is wrong 5 times out of 10 and have driven back far too many times to get it right. New guy who’s answering phones sounds half asleep, and hangs up and just says uhhh to every question. This place could be great if they got better staff. I called today and he kept hanging up saying he was too busy and when he finally answered and i tried to order items on the menu he said i don’t know where that is. He did not want to be working today lol, so if they were able to find more enthusiastic and better trained staff it would be so much better. I used to come here weekly and never had an issue with the nice lady who answered phones, not sure who the new employees are but i wasn’t even able to order today sadly because of it. Not sure what’s going on there. I’ve worked in several restaurants before and the front of house staff’s attitude is everything.

Edit to reply to review: my family owns a small business so i totally understand the stressors the pandemic has caused. I do think however that it’s not an excuse for poor attitude or being rude, as i work for the small business as well and just know to try and do my best. I will try online again but last time it got all messed up so will try again next time. But again i totally understand being understaffed, i just think it’s important for the FOH staff to try their best to help customers in the end. Thank you for your...

I recently had the pleasure of trying the pastrami bagel at Manhattan NY Deli & Bagels in Peachtree Corners, and it was an absolute delight! The combination of tender pastrami, Swiss cheese, and perfectly cooked eggs on an Asiago cheese bagel created a mouthwatering symphony of flavors. The pastrami was incredibly flavorful and paired beautifully with the creamy Swiss cheese. The eggs were cooked to perfection, adding a delightful creaminess to each bite. The choice of an Asiago cheese bagel was a stroke of genius, as it provided a satisfying crunch and an extra layer of cheesy goodness.

Every bite was a delightful experience, and I couldn’t help but savor every moment. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the careful preparation was a testament to the skill of the kitchen. The service was prompt and friendly, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable.

Manhattan NY Deli & Bagels in Peachtree Corners has truly mastered the art of crafting a mouthwatering pastrami bagel. It’s a must-try for anyone seeking a delicious and satisfying breakfast or brunch option. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu offerings. Highly...

Latkes were dry and crumbly (yet somehow grossly mushy in the middle, like when you microwave frozen potatoes too hard), flavorless, and accompanied by an unopened apple sauce pack. I'm always really excited to try the latkes and apple sauce at a new place, and this was a comically huge let down. Felt like someone had accidentally brought me the plate of food meant for a four-year-old. Bagel was not great either, though not terrible. Eggs were foamy, like they had been whipped way too hard before being scrambled. Bacon was good; nice and crispy, but not overcooked. Service was good. Ambiance felt kind of like I was at the... Starbucks of delis? Not for me, but I can see other folks enjoying it. They did have Dr. Brown's, which brought me joy. Ultimately, it's gonna be hard to justify ever coming back here when Brooklyn Bagel Bakery is 10-15 minutes down the road, and about a million times better. Which is unfortunate, because this place is a little closer to me, but that slight convenience is definitely not at all worth the difference in quality.

Manhattan NY Deli & Bagel is really good! I had the Manhattan (Corned Beef and Swiss on Everything bagel) with a side of Baked Potato Salad. It was delicious. The deserts look amazing and seem priced very appropriately, considering they are humongous slices! What I liked best about this restaurant was the "real" plates, silverware, and glassware. How rare! There was salt and pepper in glass shakers on the tables, and there were cans of cola products as to-go options. I was able to get a piece of foil to wrap my remaining half of the sandwich up and a brown paper bag to put it in! There were still straws, Styrofoam, and plastic bags, sure, but in terms of most restaurants, this was a sustainability unicorn! I'm glad I found it. I will definitely be returning when I am back in the Peachtree Corner's area.
