China House — Restaurant in Pearl

I thought I had finally found a Chinese restaurant that would become my "GO-TO" because the food was so good. That is until i was shown some of the worst customer service at this establishment that I have ever encountered!!!!!!! The lady that works the front counter should not be in customer service of any sorts or representing any business. She has an extremely rude demeanor and is even disrespectful. I had only one request which was for some extra soy sauce. She preceded to take the soy sauce out of my bag and count them on the counter in front of me like I was dumb child. I felt so insulted and expressed this much to her. She then told me to get out of the restaurant and not come back. I am your customer which keeps your business open and you employed. I received my food today from here my meat looked old i started eating my Lo Mein after a couple bites I felt something poke my tongue it was something metal so i went to bring it back the young lady At the counter said it was from what they used to clean the stove i asked for my money back the older ladies in the back started talking in their language so the young lady said she could not give me my money back . Went here for lunch. I ordered the lunch combo egg foo young with fried rice. With a drink it was only $10. It was delicious. They cooked it fresh to order.. the gravy was a touch sweet but a little soy sauce mixed in it took care of that and made it a perfect combo with the egg foo young and the rice. Service was just fine. There are only 2 tables and I think 99% of people take food to go but the AC was not working so it was pretty hot. No deduction though considering its essentially a to go spot.
