👨🏼🍳Just started working at this location a few weeks ago. I'm sad to say I agree with the first three reviews. 💖The first review was an Asian man who was more than willing to wait for me,(a chef),to clean the bathroom,(not a cooks job),and the next two ... ⚠️I wasn't there but I've seen which manager they're referring too and that's 🚨Ms. Kim. 🚨She cusses around customers and cusses at us employees. 🚨⚠️The fry station is a crusted greasy F.D.A. violation and I've been denied numerous times to clean it. 👨🏼🍳🚨 I proudly just put in my two weeks notice because our GM,(General Manager Max), refused to take action re Kim cussing and slowing us down,(thus why this store is 3erd in " drive thru times " and not first place). ⚠️I've been a chef for over 25 years and have never heard someone tell customers things like Kim has said,eg. our shakes are bad ,(because she didn't wanna make it),and she,Kim, did twice in one night,(4/19/24). Solution: Jacob should be cook trainer because,He can fill an order blindfolded,give him 12.50 an hour,the hard part➡️the temporary GM for Max should be the active GM and Max should be demoted to manager so he has time to fix everything and get the store back in order. Katie is an outstanding fry cook and no grease is left on dishes she washes. Yahyah is so great with the customers in drive thru they come back just to see him and still spend with his employer. Jacob,Katie,And Yahyah should get a raise or bonus or raise for keeping the store running and the customers returning. Don't send me a link to speak to a representative Call me so we can talk real business and how to put the Pearland Arby's back on the map of good...
Read moreService was terrible and it’s that way the 2 times I’ve been a chubby taller gentleman was rude orders a certain lemonade never called me to say it was ready so when I went for napkins midway finishing my food and I asked if the drink was mine and he was like well did you order it in a rude tone (many other people in there could’ve been anybodys and my number or name wasn’t called) this was a month ago fast forward today we weren’t greeted (when given my money he crumbled it and folded my receipt) 3 customers came in behind us (all the same race) he greeted them, very kind over the top nice and told them all if they needed anything to let him know he’ll gladly help ( I needed a small to go bag went up to asl for one he had a very annoyed face at me gave it to me I said thank you & he was hush quite no your welcome) but the service and demeanor was very ugly and different towards me and my mother vs the other costumers it was obvious and not a good feeling jobs should always be professional regardless of how you feel towards a customers skin...
Read moreI've tried eating at this Arbys since it opened many months ago and every time they have messed up,forgotten something,or made my meal very poorly. I took a few months off from going by this location even though i love Arbys and was excited that one was opening so close. I decided to give it another shot tonight and hopefuly attribute the past mistakes to growing pains of being a new location. My order was wrong,they put a teaspoon of cheese (no embellishment) on my sandwhich and they forgot half the order as well. The drink was the only thing right unfortunately. Shame on me for trying again. Be wary here,check your food and items. Hopefully they will get better eventually but i wont find out as i wont be visiting this location anymore. Edit: they did not get better and are sooooo painfully slow. I'm trying again right know and have spent 20 whole minutes in a line that consists of a whopping 2 cars in front of me....
