Have been to this specific Chick-Fil-A a couple of times with bad experiences and never again. First time, ordered food for my family of 6 about 20 mins before they closed in the drive-thru. My daughter doesn't like chicken here, so we always order her a special: burger bun with cheese. We NEVER have an issue at any Chick-fil-A with this. Girl in drive-thru took our order no problem and took our payment. Waited awhile in line to get our food, and then drove to the front of the parking lot to check it (we always do since there are 6 of us and most places can't get that many orders right at a time). My daughter's dinner was not in the bag so we went up to the ordering window. After about a 20+ minute conversation with the person at the window and a manager, it was determined that the girl who took my order didn't order the bun and cheese and didn't even tell me that she didn't or couldn't. And then the staff and manager refused to give us the bun and cheese at the window even though we were willing to pay for it because "they can't do that" special order (even though every other Chick-fil-A does). So my husband asked to order a chicken sandwhich with cheese (chicken on the side) so my daughter would have dinner, and the manager refused saying the kitchen was now closed. The manager finally did give us a few gift cards in the end, but wouldn't give us a meal for my daughter which is all we wanted. Absolutely terrible customer service!!! The other time, my mom, 2 daughters, and I were going to eat here for lunch but all had to go the bathroom first. So we went in the little hallway to where the bathrooms were but the girls' bathroom door was locked bc someone was inside. After awhile and a few more ladies in line for the bathroom, a male employee walks out of the ladies restroom (with NO cleaning supplies at all) and lets the door shut behind him. When we go to open the door, the door is LOCKED with a key pad on the door. So he sees this line of ladies waiting to use the bathroom and instead of holding the door so we can go in, just lets it shut and walks away without a word. We all got in the car and drove the 5 minutes the other one on Broadway and had a great experience! Needless to say, this was the last time I will EVER be at this particular Chick-fil-A. Read moreI’m extremely disappointed with this Chick-fil-A. I was so excited to have a location open up no even 2 blocks from my house. BUT my experience with this location and the people that work here has been horrible. They can never get my order right. It’s not just not getting it correct once they will mess it up 2-3 times. The last time my husband came here they got our orders wrong 4 times and when he got home we realized they took out the dressing for salad and toppings. Also, when I go to the outside window to order I always stand there for 10 minutes while the cashier is talking and running around. Same thing with actually getting my order they take a ridiculous time. The manager and owners seem to be not equipped for this type of company. I can not imagine the Chick-fil-A Corporation happy about this. Let’s see how long this whole team from management to owner to the rest of the staff last. SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED...

Alrighty, so I made the mistake of trying this location again... they gave me the wrong toppings for my salad and also gave me the wrong chicken I ordered for my salad. Once I got home I realized the salad is partially wilted. Also, the chicken on the salad was bland and tasteless and the crispy spicy filet I ordered on the side was the same way. Also the kids that work there are extremely unprofessional and immature. The guy taking my order didn’t even know how to work the register and computer... a co worker of his just made fun of him for it in front of me. The lady that did end up fixing the situation seems to be the only competent person that works there. I feel all this starts at the top. The owner should be more involved with his franchise and I feel this location would be A LOT BETTER. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. This sucks because I live so close to this location. My husband and I use to eat Chick-fil-A at least 4 times a week. Read moreOh I can't wait so me and my family just moved to this side of town to pearland and Our first thing to do is look for the nearest chic FIL a every morning because that's my favorite spot to eat breakfast in the morning! Well the very first time we stopped here they gave me the incorrect order I let it slide. I did absolutely nothing about it. Ordered a chic Fila with American cheese they gave me pepper jack instead. The second time ordering same thing. This time I corrected the order American cheese guess what this same day guess what they gave me instead of American cheese after correcting the order Pepper jack again! 🙃 I'm like ma'am what is with you guys giving ppl pepper jack cheese when they order American cheese? 🤔 So I request to speak with a manager. The manager was nice about it corrected and gave me 4 gift cards. Fast forward down to my last gift card I tried to use it today. Do you believe that as I'm trying to use the card they tell me oh it's been used already Sept 29th I never used the gift card! Speak with a manager this morning manager says, yea its been used. We can still give you the food if you want. At this point I'm like that's cool but what about giving me another gift card that's valid and apologizing for giving me an invalid card to use for all my trouble I been through with this location.
