Great ambiance! Lots of potential! Desserts / bakery - 5/5 Got an Ube cheesecake and vanilla Mille crepe cake - superrrr yummy! Great pricing and quality! Ambiance - 5/5 Perfect amount of tables with comfortable sofa chairs. Outlets in almost every tables! Great place for doing some work or any students that need to study. Service - 5/5 Great staff and quick service Drinks - 3.5/5 Boba balls are super hard :/ they are sweet but very hard and stiff. I think they should leave them in warm heaters to maintain the squishy textures because they tastes good and sweet but it was hard as a rock. Matcha was pretty solid! I also had the rose milk tea and preferred the matcha. My only complaint is as a boba place, you really need to make good tapioca pearls. My boyfriend got a caramel macchiato and it was pretty solid! I was excited to try out this new spot and at first glance it seemed promising. The store was clean, the ambiance was great, and it looked like the perfect study spot. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. After three visits, each experience has been disappointing. The strawberry tea was not sweet and tasted watered down, the classic milk tea was overly sweet and tasted like pure milk, and the taro milk tea didn’t even have actual tea, just water? The boba was undercooked and so hard I couldn’t even chew it, the tiramisu was dry, and lastly the customer service needs serious improvement.
